   We typically come here and then go to the cinema service is usually perfect apart from today when we arrived in with two unfamiliar faces to us and they tell us they’re closed at 7:30 when their sign says open till 9:00 tbh this has put me off coming here again.

   Food and service is shocking I got chicken goijons my mummy got carbonara my chicken was frozen I can tell because I know when something is fresh peppered sauce was like goo my mummy’s carbonara was pure water bland and cold I tried a bit and couldn’t believe what she had been served we had complained and Chef said well u should if ordered something else rude staff horrible food avoid avoid

   The fry was good & big portion not greasy like most places we arrived to another customer complaining about the coffee i ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup and it was amazing we tried 3 different desserts a big sticky toffee pudding fan myself but here i wouldnt say it was sticky toffee pudding it was a dallop of toffee on side of sponge cake wasnt great the waffle we ordered just tasted like the average one that gets prepacked the chocolate brownie dessert was amazing though and honeycomb ice-cream with it was gorgeous would defo reccomend service was 100% girl who served us was the same one who got an earful from customer before us and she was amazing with us price was very reasonable would come again

   Been going here for years but really disappointed in our recent visit. Knowledge of allergens was so low and my food still arrived with items I'm allergic to on it. Got sick that night so I know they just took them off and put the food on another plate instead of giving fresh. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks then a further 15 mins before our food order was taken so we weren't eating until we had been in the place over an hour and it wasn't even busy. The seats upholstery was so badly ripped it was uncomfortable to sit on. Our cutlery was put on the table with hands touching the tops not the handles. The food wasn't nice at all and clearly made from reheated pre-made bought in packets. Would like to see the restaurant stay in the community, please get better.

   One the best places for consistently good breakfasts has to be 26 West, haven't been in a while and since my breakfast belly was giving me the call sign for food,a visit was needed,as you can see from the picture,got the works just to give everything a taste test for good measure and I can report that it's still one of the best breakfasts about, totally stuffed all day afterwards,and as always service is,quick polite and courteous, and nothing is never too much trouble no matter how busy it is.
