Food took 2 hours to come when delivery said 35 minutes, staff didn’t pick up the phone for an hour and when they did they were rude
Ordered rice & sauce. Bumped the price up by 25%. Challenged them on it and pointed out the menu, they said it was out of date and a new board was ordered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. The menu price is what's displayed on Bangor Eats..... Soooo report, pictures and screenshots going into trading standards. Gfys xx
Absolutely crap. Out for a few drinks. Left early as my friend wanted food. No queue and not busy..I ordered a simple cheesy chip. I was informed that it would be 20 minutes and told it would be worth it as all food is cooked fresh. 25 minutes later I was given my food. What I got were chips that had clearly been through the fryer a few times. In this case you'd at least expect them to be warm. In reality I got cold, overcooked chips that the cheese hadn't melted on due to the fact that they were cold. Absolutely no excuse. It's not hard to provide a fresh, warm portion of chips. Perhaps they rely on drunk people ordering their food late at night. Totally abysmal
took ages to come. squashed box. chips were not cooked. big soggy mess. also freezing. i mean look at the image i think you can tell it was vile. expecting a refund because it really isn’t acceptable
Hands down... The WORST takeaway I've ever eaten. I've made it my mission to try every Indian/kebab takeaway and this eatery is the WORST!!! I've ever tasted. Please stop misleading people with your brand and give up this disgraceful takeaway food. Utterly disgusting!!! Chicken was frozen, nan bread undercooked, korma sauce lacking quality accompanied by a lack of quantity and comsistancy. (basically tasted like a thick cheese sauce). I will never step foot in this takeaway again. Ordered: Chicken pakora kebab in nan bread with Korma Sauce Garlic bread with cheese, 10" 1/5 -Food 2/5 - service - as it was before estimated N/A atmosphere (due lack of attendance)
Disgusting. Tried to give me an old manky pizza because someone had clearly left it behind. Gross. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely beautiful food. The best kebab meat I've tasted. Large portion of food. Just amazing I wasn't expecting so delicious food. Thank you.
The chicken chat starter was absolute favourite but they put the price up from £3.75ish to £6.50!
Accepted my order for collection on Just Eat but when we went down to collect shutter was down. No answer on phone, went next door to marios and placed order there but noticed at that point the shutter for Chillies was up. Went in and explained didn't want the food from Chillies and asked politely for a refund. Owner then became extremely aggressive and told me "good luck with that". Just eat refunded due to complaint but will be no where near the place again. Horrible service.
I ordered food last night at around 12 and the order was confirmed but the store was apparently closed on Google. I waited over an hour cause the delivery time was 1am to 1:20am and it never came so I asked for an update on my delivery. It then said it would be there around 1:45 and then the status updated to enjoy your food, but I never even got my food so I asked for my money back and they said they’re not going to give me my money back. This is honestly disgraceful I’ve ordered from here once before over a year ago thought it would have changed cause this happened last time.
