   Disappointed with this Indian takeaway. The chicken was rubbery, and the sauce was too sweet and didn’t taste like any tikka masala I’d had before. When I asked for plastic cutlery, the guy at the counter gave me a weird look and then just set a handful of forks down on the dirty counter. Wouldn’t come here again considering the price for what we got.

   Wow it has been 7 years since I last visited Ruchi and not one thing has changed still the same great food bursting with flavours that are so different from the usual Indian restaurants I have visited. The food was so good I've been twice in one week. I can't wait to try more from the menu. This is one of Belfasts hidden gems for Indian curry.

   My favourite Indian takeaway in Belfast. Love the veggie side orders which I order a few of for a veggie tali meal. Staff are lovely too.

   Order wrong 3 times, charged more than what the menu said and paid it anyway got home order was wrong called back and was asked to return it they will make a new one they took it and hid round the corner and scraped off what was wrong and gave me it back as if it was new (still the wrong order) called back again and was told im lying it was a new meal and when i offered to come back again they agreed it was wrong and apologised offered refund or a free kebab and upon calling again apparently managers and chefs dont answer the phone so im lying shambles of a place and horrendous customer service i would give 0 stars if possible

   I had the lamb bhuna and my wife had a kebab and as usual the plates were empty. Great food and reasonable prices for an Indian.

   Paid £9.50 for a kebab on naan and chips, tub of sauce was only half filled. Naan was half filled and didn't get any chips. Actually quite shocked to see this place is rated well

   Superb curry house! Probably the best Indian take away in the UK honestly. I had their lamb chana which was a good price, looked good and tasted amazing and the picture is of their sag aloo. Clearly made skillfully and with love.
