   There's a good range of products here, and the staff are nice. It would be good if they have a public toilet, like the one was on Plymouth Road. Average Co-op. Also, SelfScan tills are a bit dodgy.

   I've been going to the Co-op for over 5 years and the customer service is getting worse by the day. The cashiers rarely ask for your membership card, they never ask if you want bags even when it's clear that your basket is full...do they think I am an Octopus with 8 arms to carry everything. They never assist to pack your bags, although there is a couple working there that are extremely helpful, Pauline and Holly

   These must be the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Expect to be spoken to like something they've just scraped off the bottom of their shoe. Customer service is not at the top of their list, but locking the door early and rushing out as fast as possible certainly is.

   Great shopping experience, plenty of stock, but bad people skills. Some OFF-DUTY staff was pointing the one-way route in a impolite and rude manner. People make mistakes. Staff is there to show them the right way, not to tell them off in a disrespectful manner. Wearing a coat with Co-Op written on it doesn’t mean you have to talk rude and loud to people, making sure everyone hears what you are saying! Shame! P.S. you should use your loud voice to point out some of the flaws of the one way system, to the managers! Thank you!

   I've only given one star for convenience. Its the only positive thing I can say about the place. In comparison to other supermarkets its expensive and doesn't offer a wide variety. Some of the staff members are rude about their colleagues and rude about customers.
