Was in the line around 12:15pm today and a girl infront of me was trying to buy a bottle of wine. the two women at the counter asked for her id and she showed a thai id. the women immediately changed behaviour and were whispering to each other, all i heard was ‘apparently this is a thai id’. they continued to question her and told her that it is not valid and essentially insinuating that she is giving them a fake id. It is common knowledge everywhere that foreign id is accepted here in britain, so what is the problem? maybe its a misunderstanding on my part but it just seemed really racist and unfair on the girl

This co-op needs to be closed or reviewed, I was asked for ID because someone who I’ve never met in my life was buying an energy drink and the staff assumed I was with them when in reality I was buying some yum yums from the bakery which I love to buy at co ops and a tin of Pepsi max. Took my business to Morrisons at Pomphlett instead

Closing time is 10pm. Went up at 945 and closed.... nothing on door to say closing early. Someone might need to check on their staff as what's the point of having opening hours if you can't stick to them. I know it's only 15 mins but it's frustrating as the next nearest one is at staddy which is a 20 min walk

I love Coop items, this store however is just a bit too small. Mostly only 1 person can fit down an isle and now with social distancing you have to dance around the aisles a little bit to get what you want. The staff are always great and friendly. The shop is popular and is always busy. Well located but could be bigger since it’s the only convenience store around for quite a way that’s open late.

No hand sanitizer provided the bottle was empty! Good job I had my own. Very busy little shop with too many people queued to pay yet only on staff serving while 2 others are filling the shop. Staff came un touching contact with me about 5 times yesterday. I couldn't wait to get out of the shop
