Staff have always been helpful and respectful. Usual co-op stock and always useful for the things that are needed at odd times or when you've run out. Clean and good stock rotation.

There used to be some nice staff and it was convenient. Now there's aggressive and rude managers, let alone staff, looking for an argument. Simply unprofessional and unpleasant, save your money and go elsewhere!

i poped into coop thursday for a big shop before they closed for the day, there's a training issue at this branch.and the staff are rude at this branch,it is going down hill like other supermarkets in plymouth, the girl i spoke to it was the same one i had problems last time, she could see my shopping bag was had it,and did not replace it,and did not help me pack my bag so i did it all, then the manger came to see me,looks like he had just left school ,OMG ,go send a boy to do a mans job,the manger was not help at all,i was told the smaller shops are ok for shopping not the bigger ones because you have onley one manger and a asm or a duty manger,i have worked in a well none super market they were not like the coop staff ,very rude upsetting, some of the staff there need more training in how to talk to customers,a customer saw me crying on his way in to the shop and helped ,he said i am not going in there now,i will do my shopping some were else and he did, thank goodness for CAB and trading standards institute,i have been offered help and surpport if i need it.

Absolutely appalling staff. Nikki in particular is the most atrocious and incompetent individual I've encountered in many years. Can't even begin to imagine the financial loss as a result of her clocking out ahead of schedule, closing the store before closing time and being disgustingly rude. Management need to manage her out.

Dreadful attitude from Alice at the checkout, arrogant and unfriendly. I asked for a price check as there wasn't a price on the shelf, quite dismissive, didn't ask if I had a Co op card, I remembered myself but was told it was too late. All Co ops ask for your card before you pay!Obviously there's a training issue at this branch.

1 star because it's convenient and a few of the staff are friendly, but a lot of them are pretty rude to be honest. And sort our your tills and pay point!! Oh, and saying please and thank you often helps if you work in customer service I would have thought. Oh yeah, and smile too yeah

Impressed with helpful friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble and rarely a wait at the tills. Additional parking if you don't need fuel. Easy access. Very well stocked shop. We used it quite a lot whilst on holiday.
