Great communication from my first enquiry to collecting the campervan. The vehicle drove well and we enjoyed campsites around the South West of England. Definitely recommend and would use The Motorhome Holiday Company again.
We hired a 4-berth motorhome from the Motorhome Holiday Company, the pick up and set up was fantastic, the motorhome was kitted out with everything you could ask for, even camping chairs. We couldn't ask for better service. We were all ready for our Scottish adventure and went on our way, unfortunately on day 2 we had major issues with the motorhome (engine issues) and had to be towed to a garage. Matt and team were on the end of the phone for all the support needed, including liaising with the garage and RAC. We did have to end our trip then as the motorhome wasn't repairable within our holiday timelines and needed to be recovered back to Hewish. Although this is extremely disappointing it wasn't anyone's fault and very much one of those things, the motorhome had just been serviced and was very well maintained. When things like this happen, it is more how the company supports you which is controllable and key, Matt was fantastic, available throughout the night whilst multiple calls were made and even looked at multiple options to allow our holiday to be continued. However, due to ferries etc the decision was made to end the trip and head home, Matt continued to support, ensuring we could get home as soon as possible, that we were comfortable and safe at all times. When we arrived home, there wasn't even any discussion required around the financial side of things, Matt had already sorted that and a full refund was issued. My only feedback is that from talking with Matt, this type of issue (breaking down 550 miles away from home) hasn't happened before, therefore having a more confirmed contingency plan would be great, as we were both learning as we went through the recovery process. But as mentioned the support was there throughout and we made it home in 20 hours from the point we first broke down, to getting alternative transport to us, reloading everything and then driving from Inverness to Bristol - we don't think that is bad at all! We would absolutely recommend the Motorhome Holiday Company and we will definitely be back to hire from them again, no doubt what so ever! Thanks Matt and team, hopefully see you soon

Hired a 5-berth motorhome to take my parents to Cornwall. Matt, Nikki, Jordan & the team were fantastic and communication was brilliant throughout. The motorhome was modern, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with all of the accessories one might forget if planning their own trip. Jordan in particular was a god send, agreeing to help with transport to and from Bristol airport (a task he wasn’t obligated to do) due to my mum’s diagnosis & mobility issues. The trip was fantastic and the team helped ensure we put a big smile on her face throughout. A huge thank you, would definitely recommend.
The whole process was quick and easy once again, we had a great time and the team were on hand if we had any problems which gives great peace of mind. The deposit is also returned really quickly which saves any interest payments on our card. Found some great sites to stay thanks in to the team for the information given before we went away.
First time motorhomers doing the NC500 .A tad apprehensive of managing the small.windy roads of the highlands. Van drove like a dream with no issues.we found the team at motorhome holidays very supportive, offering plenty of advice which was gratefully received. The motorhome was well equipped and very comfortable ,loved it. The holiday was fabulous.we highly recommend Motorhome holiday company and the NC 500.#lovingmotorhomelife.
