Shelves are stocked whilst customers try to navigate around them. Fruit and veg needs more attention - sometimes mouldy fruits are not weeded out. Shortage of trolleys in stations outside in the carpark especially in the mornings. Flower market in halls outside often have dead and dying plants on the shelves. Generally the checkout staff seem unhappy. The supermarket is ideally positioned so is busy - maybe lack of competition equals complacency. It needs a shake up if standards are to improve.

A terrible experience: You are locked in and you have to buy something to leave. Not enough staff to manage the failing automated tills. No one to complain too, nobody at customer services. Over worked and under staffed. Saturday at 4pm

Sept 25, Store was well stock and got all I needed. Staff friendly. Easy to park. Store looks like it could do with a fresh up in areas , ie fresh coat of paint outside. Owners spend some money on your stores. Car park need good sweep around edge's.

Tracee on the tills customer service is second to none. Made a real fuss over our young children, made them feel included and so special. If management are reading this please reward this lady as she is a real credit to your store!

Great to see a supermarket with a fresh fishmonger, Butcher, deli and freshly cooked food. We'll done Morrisons.

Supermarket: Recently refurbished. New neater isles. Fewer products, less cluttered shelves. A large fresh fruit and vegetables section. Solid reliables, always good. Hot fresh cooked deli counter and excellent bakery section with nice Pasties and pies. Deli and fresh fish and butchers counters. Disvounted meal-deals. Bakery fresh bread variety. Excellent fresh stock with a wide variety fresh fish. Nice café. Publicly accessible toilets, Help-desk Lottery ticket, cigarettes and news bar. Easy plentiful parking and conveniently off the A38 on Outland Road towards Plymouth's Central Park and City. Found today the fishmongers closed at 7pm.

Starting with the car park that needs some work as access is poor with queues almost every time I go and some odd setups at various points - seen two minor accidents in the last couple weeks! Store layout is not ideal especially fruit and veg and far and of the store - several times the logical position is a long way off where you will find the product you want - not made any easier of late by poor stock levels so trying to find if they actually have what you want is really hard! Checkout was slow for the level of customers for some reason tooe Prices are neither good or bad and actual product quality is fine - mostly just such a disorganised place to visit

Used to have more spacious aisles a few years back, don't shop here as often now but it feels very cramped now. Many sections such as the lunch meal section have been moved into odd places, and the layout of the store feels abit strange - but despite that is still a good place to shop, especially for the deli.

This is not our normal store to shop but the car park is plenty big enough but could do with better lighting. The store was welcoming and well signed like most other Morrisons. Friendly and helpful staff we would use it again when visiting the area
