We've been shopping here for 20+ years, and likely to continue. The range of products is good, as is quality. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and it's good to have individual staffed counters for fresh fish, meat, cheeses, plus a delicatessen. Great selection of wines. Nice to use Click & Collect for purchases from John Lewis too. The only minor grumble is the faded one-way arrows in the car park - need repainting to stop drivers going the wrong way.

Shopped at Waitrose for nearly 40 years both in small and large stored across the country. Progressively, they have removed good quality branded products from their shelves and replaced with own branded products which are very much inferior and are also very poor value. More recently, the fruit and veg' selection has spiralled in quality and rocketed in price. Allied to this is the very poor stock control with empty shelves throughout the week. This problem is much worse at smaller stores like this one which are not embedded in large cities. I was always willing to pay more to shop at Waitrose but not any longer. The Waitrose brand is now completely indistinguishable from other supermarkets and is easily outstripped in quality and value for money by every other competitor. Very much trading on its reputation and its demise is shared by the same slow downward trend in profitability of the John Lewis group.

Great small Waitrose supermarket. The only fly in the ointment is that every and I mean every single time we visit one or more people are abusing the baby/toddler parking. People I think forget or don't realise how difficult it can be to get a child in or out of a car seat. It's absolutely back breaking getting them in to modern child seats even if they are the ones that rotate. Rant over.
