I had a gluten free pasty here today (my stomach hadn’t been feeling too good so I thought I’d go for the gluten free as it’s supposed better for it). Now I love Warrens pasties, they’ve always been my favourite, it cost £7:10 to eat in (which I feel is daylight robbery!) it came still in its wrapper (plastic) they can’t take it off due to possible cross contamination, it had been heated in its wrapper which made stick to the whole pasty it was extremely hot, when I finally got the wrapper off the pastry was as hard as a brick! Totally inedible! Even the server who brought it to my table said it wasn’t a good option! I didn’t return it then as it was the lunchtime rush and I had to get to an appointment. I was very disappointed with this as I said I love their pasties usually

Served by a young blonde ish girl called Talia very polite, positive and passionate. She’s definitely a credit to them and a very hard worker lucky to have a staff member like her.

Awful place. Staff very abrupt, utter utter chaos. never seen such a shambles of disorganised staff, having to shout across each other. Never going to use it again. BTW your sausage rolls are disgusting. Threw it in the bin.

Very rude and ignorant member of female staff, could do with remembering this is a hospital and people are at their most vulnerable. Using the cafe is a necessity not a choice of fine dining, being nasty and condescending isn't needed. We cleared up after ourselves as we'd finished items, we'd bought from the cafe, only to be accused of not being paying customers and shouldn't be sat there. It was 7pm and very quiet so it's not like we were in the way of anyone either. Have easily spent over £100 in the last few days here visiting our daughter in the ICU so just generally made an incredibly difficult time worse.
