The staff in this shop prefer to sit around chatting and laughing, rather than seeing to customers. One checkout open, a long cue. Staff just talking and laughing amongst themselves rather than opening another checkout !

While they have good products, I have been overcharged the last two times I have been. When you query your bill, it's like you are at fault. Watch out, the multi buys often aren't charged correctly.

Ordered online. I was able to get same-day delivery. The delivery driver was very friendly and very polite. Their website is easy to use and has great bargains.

I had a on line order due between 12-30 +2.30 this afternoon by 4 o'clock no delivery or phone call .so I phoned them and I have never heard such excuses. Very disappointed in Iceland. As we are both disabled we was waiting All day . And it still has not arrived

Good selection of food, can be slow to be served on times.

Always some good buys to be had. When this shop was designed and fitted the isles were made to accommodate 3 shoppers with trolleys side by side. One customer each side choosing from a freezer and room for a third customer to pass. Now it is an obstacle course making it more difficult for the customer to shop.

The food was great but the fact they have removed the floor markings and filled every possible gap with baskets of products and therefore restricted the passing space between freezers have no one way system in place and taken away the sanitizer from the door is extremely worrying especially when their website says all this is in place and even though this has been reported to head office nothing has been done about it is worrying, these are scary times especially for those like myself hume are high risk.
