   Purchased a few items in the men's department just before Christmas and have to say the young man serving was poor. I put the items down on the counter, he scanned them whilst he continued to chat to his female colleague. The only time he spoke was when he told me the total to pay. No please or thank you, nothing, not even a smile. Made me wonder why I bother trying to support high street retail at a time when it's struggling instead of just ordering online, at least I would have got a thank you via email. Oh well, it's his job at risk, not mine.

   Good Department store. It can be expensive for a weekly shop for groceries but i do shop over here for birthdays, christmas and special occasions. The clothes section is well organised and mid priced for english prices. The food section feels cramped up to shop at. There is plenty of parking as it is located in Drake Circus shopping center which plymouth shopping mall.

   A good experience.. visited the cafe which was very busy so took about 20 mins to get served which was ok as all staff were working as fast as possible.. good pot of tea at reasonable price. Whole store is very clean with nice staff lots of great departments set on different levels.. good lifts & also escalators.. great food hall on ground floor.. products are all great quality in M&S even though you pay more..a great place to shop!

   The store located conjunction with Drake circus shopping centre. The store considered as always busy environment. It is part of M&S policy, the store is clean and good arrangement interior. Price can be varies depending what you are shopping.

   Never buy the all day breakfast wrap. Two wraps and two coffees cost me £17 and the food was inedible. No bacon, except fat, a hot dog sausage and terrible sauce. I am not fussy but this was foul! Never again!!!

   Went in to get a quick shop. Horrible place, everything is so expensive. Some staff are friendly but the blond woman on self service needs some training in customer service.

   Security started following me around before I had even got to the bakery section so left for a few minutes, came back in and had him following me and my wife down every isle - thank you Mr. Security guard for your dedication of protecting the baked goods.

   Good selection of clothing, particularly women's lingerie. Prices quite variable - for example two fairly similar styles of bra, one £20 the other £20 for 2! Last shopped here at the end of a long day and staff didn't remind me to scan sparks which was a little annoying as it's easy to forget without the physical card. Food is on the expensive side but generally good quality.
