   All unknown as did never deliver. A waste and a useless place. Shame as nothing in Liskeard and even less now.. 2115 and still no food, a family night totally destroyed. Tell us at 2000 to collect or just leave us sit then say not even cooked. A total joke, customer service, locality, where are your heads? £60-70 order and a regular and you treat us like scum! We loved you! Look at the loves and it is past tense!

   Hate that I even have to give the one star Although the food was nice me and my children have been left with severe food poisoning for the past 2 days after paying lots of money for our order this is not what we expect. Not happy will never order again

   As others have said, definitely dated, but we're visiting the area and really enjoyed our meal and thought it was good value. Telephoned order through and collected 15 minutes later and food was piping hot, non greasy and tasted great.

   Avoid this Chinese, ordered multiple items on Sunday evening and was sent chip’s instead of crispy chicken ( not the first time they’ve messed up an order of ours either, stupidly we went back, more fool us ) after calling multiple times to resolve the issue and not being able to get through I decided to call the following day to see if if I’d have any better luck, I could not have been more wrong. Was told I cannot get a refund as the complaint wasn’t handled that day despite the numerous calls that evening and that I couldn’t have the correct item either for the same reason. After speaking to 2 separate useless members of staff who kept repeating no refund no phone yesterday, I am left out of pocket and disgusted at the so called customer service. Do yourselves a favour go somewhere else and avoid the constant mistakes that this joke of an establishment make!

   We moved to Cornwall recently, we have had 3 takeaways and all 3 have been superb, and I must mention the delivery service is excellent to so polite and in time. Thank you New Lai Wan for a lovely meal and great service. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

   Been the best of what's available in liskeard so I've eaten here for many years...must have spent a few K in there! But after the last few I've had there, gonna give it a miss from now on. Last straw was the other night when I repeated the number of one of the three dishes I getting 4 times. I asked for the dish with mixed neat and got home (6miles away) to find I'd been given the vegetables option BLURGH! so went back in next early evening to be told no refund or replacement as I should have driven all the way back as soon as I realised Sorry but if you wanna do well these days you gotta look after the customers. Average food I can take, overcooked and greasy is a big red flag, but rudeness? See ya!
