   Ordered the delivery and it came fast. Ordered a standard takeaway of a Kebab and fries and nothing was wrong with either. The reason I gave five stars instead of four is that I read some of the reviews and the one complaining that he ordered fish and chips and got masala fish and chips on the menu and got called out on it. Unlike him, read the menu and I suppose ask them, but don't invent things on the menu. I couldn't fault it, and it was perfect for a fast takeaway, where I was tired and couldn't be bothered to cook.

   Worst place, yesterday we ordered fish and chips at counter and told them to deliver at home, they deliver masala fish and chips. The guy who took our order dont listen very carefully. We call them and said you did the wrong order but very rude with us. Top on that fish was not fresh. If you love your health dont go here.

   Lucky to have the one star review. I’ve been a customer for the last six years. Today I recommended Bulwell grill to my partner who fancied a kebab! Best around in the midlands as I sold it. We waited over an hour for our doner and shish kebabs. We also ordered chicken wings and chips. The food eventually arrived. The doner meat didn’t even resemble meat more like thinly sliced plastic. The shish was tough and inedible. The salad was roughly chopped coleslaw which tasted like it came out of a jar and the chilli sauce was fresh out a chilli jam jar. The salted chicken wings were so salty they were too much to take. Ok the chips were edible so was the nan bread but unfortunately it all hit the bin. What a huge waste of money. Did I phone and complain yes I did but not to get the money back but to tell them how disappointed I was after such a long and happy experience of being their customer. Seriously do yourself a favour and don’t make the same mistake we did. A good £30 odd out of pocket and having to reorder or cook something at home. Not what you expect from a once a month Friday night treat! Sadly very, very disappointed Will never order again from here.

   The most disgusting place I’ve ever been. First off I ordered a load of food and it came cold with 2 hairs in the kebab!! And so I rang up and they sent a replacement which came and I thought okay I’ll see how this goes to only then find 4 hairs in the replacement kebab!!! Absolutely vile, and when I rang up they were shouting at me, refused to refund me and had the audacity to ask to send me another order which would most definitely had hairs in it and then when I was asking for money back they put the phone down on me so I called back and told them I was going to write this review and their reply? “ do it we don’t care” this is a vile place and I would never order from here again, you’re most likely to get I’ll from this disgusting place.

   I’ve had the kebab 2 times now and it was better the first time even though the sauce was wrong on the first time buying but I’ve had it again today (29/10/2022) and had the right one come this time but there’s is way to much sweet chilly on this time I can’t taste any of the meet and salad so could you please not over do it on the source chef to chef

   Came on time as stated and nice food but the order was wrong my partner didn't want salad at all with onion ruined her order and my meal deal the can of drink was missing. The order was clear more attention needed.
