   Stumbled across New China Kitchen while picking my son up locally. I don’t live close, so this may have been one we may have never have thought to try. OMG it was amazing. Piping hot. One of the best Chinese meals I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. What a little gem. 5*+.

   This was my local Chinese takeaway! Please avoid !!The head chef is lovely BUT her son is bringing the business under!!! He was overcharging us for a while just so he could make extra money from the store!When confronted about it there was lies told and nothing done! He blames his own mother for pricing “saying it’s her language barrier that’s why you were charged so little”!! You never get what you ordered but you end up overspending.

   Very bad service previously they had hair in the food. We gave them second chance. Let us down again, waited 1.5hr no food, the lady at the back was talking and complaining trying to give me £2 discounted. Idiots I will be complaining to trading standards and customer service this company shouldn't be allow to trade anymore. I work for the counci and government body.

   I would say I would rate New China Kitchen between 3 and 4 stars. It most of the time offers a very good service, but it can depend on what you order. Something they need to improve straight away is the customer service over-the-phone. The different people that answer the phone either cannot speak very clearly or don't sound very pleasant. The food we order most of the time is great, and the price compared to other Chinese fast food services has similarities. I order the special curry with fried rice which I strongly recommend. One thing I would say don't order is the chips. Occasionally they are okay, but so many times such as last night they were dry and tasted as though they had been cooked a series of times for other orders. Give them a try and see what you think.

   Food is excellent but the guy on the phone is very sarcastic, arrogant and rude. Placed an order. No delivery time was given. Waited 30 mins and food had not come so i phoned them. I asked how long it will be before I get my food. He said I can't give you a time and hung up. I phoned again and he was rude again. I said I won't be ordering from you guys again. He said 'you do that' and hung up again.

   It was a quick delivery unfortunately the food wasnt up to par the chips and prawn crackers great but the curry was watery and the chicken was like a soft rubber the fried rice had no flavor and i asked for a beef chow mein with no bean sprouts and it came with so my don wouldnt eat it so it was an expensive bag of chips and prawn crackers. Sorry to put such a bad review
