   I've never heard a takeaway slate it's own food menu and call one of their meals pathetic. Someone really doesn't sound happy to be there! The couldn't care less attitude was the bit that I particularly liked! Recommendation would be to either not work there or just sell up and move on!

   When I ordered food I requested that they call me when they arrive as my intercom doesn’t work. They’ve done this twice before no problems but today they did not. I was told the delivery would take 35-40 mins but it took an hour and 25 mins. I had to ring up when it got to an hour to check they would ring me when they get here and they said it had been delivered when it had not so I had to wait for them to make it and bring it again as apparently someone else had claimed my order which makes no sense bc they were told to call me on arrival and they couldn’t have got into the flats to deliver it to someone else. Because they had to make it again they did not cook the chips well done like I asked the first time so they’re soggy and I didn’t even enjoy it. Waste of time and money. I also waited in for it when I was supposed to be going somewhere so I’m annoyed.

   Cannot find the food hygiene rating on food agency website, looked for it whilst whilst waiting for my food after I'd already ordered and was sat looking around at my surroundings which were not pristine. Food was still hot after the 5-10 minute drive home which is a win, good portions and edible but no Michelin star, the chow mein was super dry, and the chips my husband described as "probably yesterday's". The young man behind the counter was devoid of expression and politeness and when taking a telephone order he informed the caller that it would be an hour wait or longer, so avoid a Saturday teatime around 5.30pm.

   Food been a bit bland over thr last few weeks. Young lad behind counter needs to learn some manners. Never says please or thank you. Going to try elsewhere next time to see if we can get better food and a more pleasant service..
