   Extremely poor service that I recieved from Double luck , willenhall on Christmas Eve 2025. I placed an order for a meal for four adults and two children as a Christmas treat. I was advised that delivery would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour which i was happy to accept. However, the service that followed was completely unacceptable. After a long delay i was called by the delivery driver and he said he has gone to the wrong house. So I contacted the restaurant to find out what had happened, only yo be told that the food would arrive in 10 to 15 mins. When it did arrive another 25 mins late it was hardly warm. We had to warm it up ourselves. Then I was informed by driver that my postcode on the my receipt had been scribbled out and had been changed I saw this with my own eyes . This error was entirely avoidable and shows a serious lack of care. When i called to complain , the response i received was shocking. I was shouted at over the phone, laughed at, and spoken in a very umprerfessional and disrespectful manner, I was told I can keep the food and would recieve a discount on my next order which i declined as I have no intention of ordering again after this experience. The guy also criticised the delivery driver who was actually trying to assist and resolve the issue. This was supposed to be a Christmas eve meal, but instead it caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. The standard. Customer service was unacceptable and far below what any customer service should expect. I belive this matter deserves to be taken seriously and I hope you will address the behaviourof your staff and review your procedures to ensure this does not happen to any costumer.

   It looked a bit rough with all the screens as if it was 2020 but the food was fast and tasty. There was a bit too much chilli in the crispy beef for my taste but everything else was great. Price was ok, fed 2 adults and 3 kids for about £30

   Took a chance trying this place out for food and let me tell you it did not disappoint . The food was delivered fast and early than expected, and it tasted great. Was very fresh and tasted clean and not full of oil like other places nearby . The rice was soft and cooked lovely and the ribs were tender and the meat fell off the bone. The bbq sauce was not red as expected like other places but it tasted a lot more nicer and less artificial and I like how it was in a pot unread of poorer everywhere as it allowed me to choose how much to apply . Will definitely be ordering again especially with the prices so good . No free prawn crackers which was a little sad but with the quality, I’d rather get good quality and tasty food then quantity and a few free crackers . Definitely a hidden gem of the area ✨

And once ur a valued customer they get lazy! Please please try this place... unreal flavours, portions are brilliant price is steady too

   A good Chinese takeaway on the outskirts of the town. Very impressed with the menu, with many vegetarian options. The food was delicious and tasty. The service was quick even though it was a Friday evening. The staff were very pleasant, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit for a very nice Chinese takeaway.

   Been a loyal customer recommending them for years but not anymore. So unhappy, spent £15 on salt and pepper chips and chicken chow mein for the chips to arrive bland and cold and chow mein not as described. Took one bite and tasted awful. Returned it to the restaurant and asked for money back, was told to request through just eat and it would be authorised. We then requested refund through just eat and the restaurant declined. Hate to leave reviews on a family run business like this but it's not nice to be scammed out of our money especially when we instantly returned the food and were promised a refund.

   Worst Chinese we've ever had. 1 item didn't turn up, although the restaurant sent it out in the end. Freezing cold beef and easily the worst sweet and sour sauce ever. More like a really thick strawberry jam. Will not use this establishment again. If I could give less than 1 star I would
