Recieved wrong order,when rung place up didn't know what we ordered said they will find out. When rung again person very rude on phone. No apology and took 2 hours to finally receive the right food.
This place has been told it can not trade. Their website is still running. We didn't know this until we went to see where our food was. They are happily still taking people's money. They are in the premises although not supposed to be. AVOID
Food is so tasty, always fresh and hot. I travel quite far to collect from here and I’m very fussy about how my food tastes. Reasonable prices and they never disappoint.
New to area and found this to be the local Chinese takeaway, we have been twice now and very happy both times. The man serving is very welcoming and polite. We will definitely be back for a third time :)
I paid £15 for my food on their online website, the payment came out of my account and they never received it. I did it again and they said they never received it. I then ended up having to go to a cash machine and withdrawing my money. A joke if a service. I showed them my online bank transactions and they still couldn’t do nothing. To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend coming here, the shop is dirty, they made me pay 3 times for my food, the customer service was dreadful, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would upload a bank statement to justify my point further, but my online banking do no permit this. Go oodle noodles in Birmingham or panda express. The owners of this restaurant doll don’t care about you!
Wouldn’t waste your time , place is a joke, rude person who answers the phone he mimicks everything you say, food is appalling, prawn crackers are soggy and stale, delivery time took over three hours to arrive and half the food was stone cold it and that horrible it could’ve walked itself to the bin never again save your money it’s horrendous. Would give a 0 star if possible!!!!
Honestly, this takeaway really is just horrific food. I just finished work and ordered and i threw it all away. Chips were absokutely smothered in salt and the bag was ripped open The sweet and sour chicken was so tough and chewy it was like rock The prawn toast was absolutely drenched in oil and when you squeezed it oil came oozing out Prawn crackers were so wet and soggy and mushy Honestly save ur money!
Usually very good but foods been appalling lately also a none delivery and rude staff on the phone when i asked for a refund, never ever again and they can stick the refund as its never gonna happen
I always use Tiger Chinese I just wish they would make their online order menu simpler, Beef fried rice has been a little chewy lately but other than that ... Tiger is my go to Chinnese
We used this takeaway as our usual local one was closed and so glad we found TIGER. I’ll be ordering again tonight as it was so delicious. We ordered large shrimp curry, large egg fried, rice curry sauce and chips. It was not only deliciously tasty but cheaper than our usual one. Thank you
