   Absolutely horrendous. Had to wait the best part of 2 hours after being told it would be 40 minutes. I wish it had never turned up, utterly vile food that went in the bin after only a few mouthfuls. Fried rice was a greasy gloop, burned prawn toast, some horrid concoction that was supposed to be chicken satay... Honestly one of the worst meals I've ever had. Avoid this poor excuse for a takeaway.

   Ordered Duck in Plum sauce, rice and prawn crackers, 2 hours later it’s still not here and phone calls weren’t working for some reason so I texted them and got nothing. Gave up and went Tesco and got food, got back and door went with my food but was missing part of my order. Rubbish service and I have never had duck in plum sauce that looks like this before. Will be trying to get refund as not happy at all

   Made a big order. Majority of the food was great except for the chicken curry. The chicken was quite chewy and a big let down. Beef in black bean sauce was lovely. The new chips are so much better. Crispier yet still soft. Everyone loved them and could spot the difference straight away Duck pancakes were very tasty.

   Ordered a combined tray of ribs and salt and chilli chips. Chicken curry and rice. Came nice and hot. Curry had no flavour. 3 ribs, lots of chips, they had the most flavour out of the all of items. Enough for 1 adult, 1 child. I wouldn’t order this again though.

   i ordered Curry sauce but received brown fruity sauce. I also ordered chips abd received fries, chips are chunky n British, fries are skinny and American.(learn the difference). Chow mein is bland. Food was luke warm. First and last time using them.

   The best thing about my experience: I wasn't too hungry when the missus placed the order, when it arrived however, I was absolutely starving! I mean, the soil outside started appealing to me... It took ages! When the food arrived I was happy, and then when I tried the food, I was unhappy. The chicken balls were harder than tungsten, the duck had the same texture as seaweed with the bone fragments still apparent, the chips... oh boy, let's just say they felt like baked beans in a food bag. Do not order... Unless off-course, you want to go on a diet and are looking for a place that will kill your appetite for takeaways.

   When we order a Chinese we Specifically want that oriental taste within the food not something that taste like Mandy from the local estate has rustled up using a can of curry sauce. Worst Chinese I've ever had. Will definitely not be making any orders there again, I'd rather have some toast. Awful!!

   I would not recommend ordering a takeaway from here. We placed our order at 19:22 and did not receive our order until 21:18, despite it saying it was due to arrive between 19:45 and 20:15. We received a text stating it was out for delivery at 20:30. We called to chase this as it’s is a 9 minute drive away and was advised it was “nearly there”. When the food arrived it was obviously heated up, the chips tasted soggy and the rest of the food was Luke warm. The delivery driver did not offer any apology and tried to leave the food in the porch and walk off before we’d even got to the door. We asked for a refund and this was denied. Don’t waste your money.

   ordered from these last night and all I can say is what a disgrace.. the order that arrived chicken was uncooked pink all in the middle (as you can see from photos) rang up the company complained and he said that the manager was going to ring and he didnt even bother to call back! Will definitely not be using this place ever again. shocking.

   The food has arrived 5 mins ago and its awful chips are hard and disgusting...chicken fried rice has hardly any chicken and no flavor....fried chicken in sweet chilli sauce looks more like raspberry jam and not good...the noodles from the chow main have clearly been burn you can taste it all through the food..oooh and waited 1.5 hours...Will not recommend and never order again id rather have a crisp sandwich...unhappy customer
