   If I could give it one star - I would. Salt pepper chips were soggy, watery and tasteless. Sloppy veg too. They forgot my seaweed too! Sweet and sour tasted far too artificial. Not very nice! Really wouldn’t bother going here!!!

   We order regularly from here and are always very happy with the food. We order from their website do don't interact with the staff but the food is sometimes delivered so fast we don't have time for a shower...thank you Ruby House.

   The girl at the front is very friendly, offering great customer service. I order the curries from here - prawn, chicken or vegetable, it’s really tasty. Prawn crackers, chicken chow mein, egg fried rice, chips all nice. Would order again.

   What can I say. The food 10/10, the staff and the customer service made my day. I am a learning disabled individual and the staff were very very patient and understanding and we're willing to adapt the way that they spoke to me to meet my needs. I will definitely be returning with my family. Ruby house has a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are overwhelmingly kind.

   Hi to all reading this, do not waste ur money on ordering from this Chinese takeaway!!!. I popped in after work as my kids fancied Chinese, i explained to the girl who looked around 15 who took my orde that I would like my food delivered at 5:45pm at this time the time was 5:15, she explained it wouldn't be a problem. I couldn't take the food with me as I ride a motorbike and this was my first visit to this Chinese takeaway, got home had a shower and the food hadn't arrived so I called the shop she said it was on the way, 20 minutes later I called again as no show, she then said the driver just got bk and will be leaving In 1 minutes time, I explained that this is not on as my children are hungry and have school in the morning and then asked her as to why she had to lie with regards to my delivery in the first place knowing I was a first time customer, her answer was, if u wanted it sooner u could have collected it. My reply to her was, I pulled up out side ur shop on a motorbike and I asked for a delivery which cost an extra £1:50 as I had no way off transporting the food home for 5 people, there was then silence for around 10 seconds!!.. I then asked for a dish on the house for the inconvenience and was strongly denied and was told that I'm not there only customer and that i should be more patient, what the hell!!... The food was delivered 1and a half hours later by such a lovely delivery driver who was so apologetic - God bless him!!.. Never will I place a order with them again as food was so terrible, in total we had 6 pieces of meat in the House special fried rice and there was more onions and vegetables in the plastic container than curry sauce, by far this takeaway is the worst Chinese takeaway i have ever spent my hard earned money in.. Im not one for writing reviews however I feel so hard done by the service,quality,bad attitude and lies. Never again will we order from the Ruby House Bilston Wolverhampton. Shame on your Ruby House for treating first time customer in such a way.

   Never turned up, apparently delivered to another address, very unhelpful staff and only gave me a refund after countless calls and me threating about going down to the shop. Should be shut down!

   Ordered... Sadly Kungpao Prawn lacked any spicy flavour, when I asked them for some hot chilli / Schezuan sauce they only use a sweet chilli store bought one. The chowmein meal had a bland taste... The food was totally tasteless!

   Food was spot on. Ordered for delivery. However, delivery driver is a massive let down to your shop, a rude, shouty, angry little man who should be kept far far away from any customer based job role, heck, should be kept away from humans full stop, if he thinks that sort of behaviour is acceptable. Thoroughly unpleasant individual, the likes of which I've had the good fortune to not come across in a long time.
