   I order from here really often, have been ever since I moved to Russell's hall and the food is great. Always prepared quickly, tastes great (probably the best Chinese takeout I've had) and the prices are really good too.    I have ordered from New Capital many times. The food is always great and good portions. The delivery driver is always pleasant and friendly. A great takeaway and service. I usually have the Special Chow main and curry sauce, or sweet and sour king prawn balls in batter, egg fried rice, or sweet and sour spare ribs or barbecued spare ribs, also had spring rolls. The food is excellent and would recommend.

   Just ordered from here for the first time as we’ve been unimpressed with our usual takeaway. The lady was lovely & polite on the phone, delivery was prompt and food tasted fresh and piping hot. Probably one of the nicest Chinese meals that we’ve had. More expensive than our usual one but worth every penny.

   Me and my whole extended family have been going to this Chinese for years and after moving to uni I have been dreaming of new capital. The Chinese food in Manchester is nothing in comparison. Finally got to have my favourite Chinese again and the food tastes just as good as I remembered. The most delicious flavourful food with amazing portions.

   Im allergic to onions and dont like the carrot or peppers. So i put in the notes i didnt want any for the 4th time they didnt do anything. I am fed up of it. It annoys me as i like the food but i feel like im not valued as a customer. Why should i have to pick my food when ive explained to leave it out. Update 12.12.2021 Yet again more peppers and onions even after calling the restaurant

   Was a bit skeptical ordering from here as it was our first time, but the reviews were showing 4/5 stars so can’t be bad! We ordered, 1/4 crispy duck pancake, sweet & sour chicken, small egg fried rice, small noodles, small curry sauce and chicken satay. We got free vegetable spring rolls & prawn crackers. Order came to £31 and was ready under 30mins. Staff were wearing mask and called me into the restaurant to collect my order. We was quite surprised how much they’ve packed into the boxes as it was full to the brim! For two people it was more than enough. The crispy duck was quite a lot considering we only order a 1/4, duck was cooked to perfection with plenty duck left over. The sweet & sour chicken was very nice along with nice & crunchy vegetables. Chicken satay was also very nice. The spring rolls, rice & noodles was also very nice. Now the curry sauce was a bit salty for my liking so didn’t have much of that. Overall enjoyed this meal and will definitely be ordering from New Capital again. Hopefully they’ll do these boxes full of different starters which I’ve seen other restaurants do.
