First time ordering from here with my girlfriend for the weekend, food was great but missing part of the order (plum sauce from spring rolls). sure it's not a huge deal but my girlfriend ordered it with the expectation that she got everything she paid for.. rang up and the worker just said sorry but no offer of delivering missing items. disappointing

Donβt know what the food is like because it hasnβt arrived. Made an order at 18:05 for delivery, it is now 19:35 (90 minutes so far), it took me 14 phone calls to get the phone picked up, then I was put on hold for 8 minutes. I was then asked for my name and address again and assured it had been dispatched 15 minutes ago and would be no more than 10 minutesβ¦. I offer to come an pick it up, but couldnβt get a straight answer as to whether it had been dispatched or I should go and get it. Shambles

We are regularly ordering from here because we love the food, however it's always something different gone wrong each time. I once Collected my order to get home and there was fried rice missing so had to go all the way back then of course food was cold by the time I got home. Then the next time they had "ran out" of egg fried rice so had to have jasmine... surely fry up some jasmine rice and toss in an egg? Lol. Another time the big bits of onion in the massaman curry weren't cooked in the slightest, so hard and raw tasting so had to pick them all up which is disappointing as usually this curry is amazing. I would be happy to see past these small issues as I know it doesn't happen all the time, but over time each time I go and collect our food from the restaurant I just cant help but notice the lack of housekeeping and how dirty everything is. There's very rarely people sitting in the restaurant eating, however every table is stacked up with dirty plates and dishes. Not like the man behind the counter is run off his feet? Last night there was a table of 2 people in when I went to collect and I have no idea how they sat and enjoyed their food whilst being surrounded by dirty tables with dishes stacked. Even the little things like the cabinet where they keep the glasses clearly hasn't been wiped down or cleaned in months, I'd not be happy drinking out of a glass that came from there. The windows are all absolutely grubby and filthy, even if those were regularly cleaned it would make it look much better. Every time I'm in I feel grubby. The food is tasty though, they just have the potential to be so, so much better if it was properly managed, kept cleaner and double checks of food going out.

Nipped out for a bite to eat on NYE and came across this fantastic Thai restaurant. Although they were immensely busy with takeaway customers, there was no delay in seating us, and our food arriving. Our meals were absolutely delicious, some of the best Thai food we've had. Not expensive either. We'll definitely visit again.

Had the lunch special. Thought it would be small but was very surprised as it was a large serving. Very tasty and very reasonable would go again.

Ordered a takeaway which took over 90 minutes to arrive including 20 minutes of the driver walking around trying to find the house despite providing the postcode and additional notes on the order. Food was slightly above cold but we were still expected to pay the full amount and the driver didn't even have any change. Avoid.

Tasty but prices have been going up and up and up, used to love their lunch box deal but too expensive now and other places in town do authentic Thai that are bigger portions for the same price.

Just excellent and quality food as always. Could not recommend their dishes more. Really worth the try, Green Curry and Red Curries are sublime as well as their Pad Prik Haeng. I'm not a big heat spice lover and the Pad Prik Haeng is at the end of my range but worth every bite.

We ate here and it was good. We had crispy chicken, a green curry and pad thai. Portion sizes were good and the food properly cooked. I am giving 4 stars because pad thai should have a topping of crushed peanuts and accompanied by crushed chili flakes, otherwise ok. The price was fine and the waiter brought a bottle of cold water which alway good in a restaurant.
