Ordered for the first time, was very bland and flavourless. The salt and pepper chicken was soggy and tasted microwaved. The portion size was great and the service was great but all the dishes just tasted flavourless. The Singapore noddles had spice but no flavour. The curry sauce was stodgy too. Overall I'm just not happy with this order.
Every takeaway we have had from here has been fantastic - far better than the others we have tried in the area. The staff are friendly on the phone, and reasonably priced too. Just wish you were open on Sunday! ❤️
Lovely food and staff but unable to confidently eat food ordered as was expecting gluten free. The chicken we spoke about arrived with wheat flour batter on it. I knew I couldn't eat it and doubted the rest of the allergens knowledge too. Each of the 3 times I phoned I could hear the operator translating my queries so it was probably lost in translation literally. The food we got was lovely but I only ate less than a third of mine which was disappointing. The website says to ask for gluten free options but I thought legally that menu's had to display the 7 or 8 main ones?

Good welcome from staff on entry. Short wait for food. Mushroom chow mein was ok. Chips were cold however and the chicken balls turned out to be pieces of chicken some of which were over cooked and the chicken was tasteless. Dissapointed.
Hands down the best takeaway for miles. The staff are always super friendly, and the food is incredible. Not too greasy, beautifully tasty and good quality. Cannot recommend Jasmine House enough. We drive to pick it up every time as we are a way out, but it's worth it every time!

Me and my partner have recently moved to the area and thought we’d give this a try… and honestly have been blown away. The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, we’ve been a few times and they make an effort to remember our names and go the extra mile. The food? Out of this world. I don’t know who the chef is, but Gordon Ramsey would have no problem on these kitchens, he’d be asking for recipes - it’s honestly out of this world. I couldn't recommend a better Chinese restaurant. My go to now. Hopefully we will see them again soon! :)
Best Cantonese take away in Keyworth with Friendly staff and fast service, they dont deliver but not a problem in a village just get yourself down there. The only problem is I just cant bring myself to trying other things beacause I love my regular so much.
