   There wasn't any service. Ordered food at 6 and told it could be upto 1.30 hours for delivery. After 1.40 hours asked for an update on delivery time. Told it would be another 30 minutes, when that time elapsed phoned again and told it could be upto another 40 told them don't bother. Happy Christmas eve children waiting up late for food that was never coming, used that Chinese for over 20 years. I will make sure everyone knows about this shocking experience.

   Prompt delivery through just eat. Food would have been great but far too salty despite asking for no salt, it was like swimming in the Dead Sea! Also for one meal asked for no onions but there was still onions in the dish, good job no actual allergies here. Not our usual takeaway, that was closed, so won’t be using again.

   Ordered through Just Eat. Delivery arrived quickly but when I started eating it, discovered that the satay chicken was still raw inside. Couldn’t risk eating anything else as it was all chicken based and didn’t want to take the risk as salmonella is potentially very serious! Had to battle with Just Eat to get any sort of credit. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

   Visited a few times recently but didn’t get as far as ordering because they say cash only no card transactions well move with the times joy king house people don’t carry cash or is it the fact you don’t declare takings ?????

   Food took over a hour and half when being told 45 mins and your food is on the way and when it did arrive it was over cooked and dry , this is the second bad experience we have had from them but gave them the benefit of the doubt to try again , you will be disappointed

   We dont normally go here but thought worth a punt. Food tasty and hot and arrived quick , only thng I did not enoy was the garlic ribs as they was covered in batter. all in all good
