   I’ve been coming to this restaurant occasionally over the past four years, and I’ve now eaten here three different times. Each visit has been consistently impressive. The quality of the food has never disappointed me, not once. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, well-seasoned, and prepared with obvious care. This is the kind of place where you can taste the authenticity of Turkish cuisine, and it keeps you thinking about it long after you’ve left. Most recently, a few days ago, we came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had a large group with us, 18 people in total, which is usually a situation where most restaurants struggle. However, once again, this place truly delivered. The service was organized, attentive, and friendly, even with such a big table. Our orders were accurate, the food came out hot and delicious, and the staff handled everything extremely well. It made the celebration even more special, and everyone at our table had a great experience. After multiple visits spread out over several years, I can say with confidence that this restaurant has earned my trust. It has consistently shown great food and reliable service. If you’re looking for authentic Turkish food, I highly recommend coming here.

   First time here! Looks unassuming on the outside but damnnn the ambience inside is just *chef's kiss*. Theres an outdoor seating too! LOVED the Adana Iskender (lamb). Used to hate lamb honestly so wanted to try since this is a proper turkish restaurant so had my hopes up. Now i swear i love lamb its so good! Cant believe it goes well with youghurt! They accommodated us well and even did proper presentations per dish! Love the effort. Will definitely come back! xxx

   I had been wanting to go here for a while. It didn't disappoint!! Very nice friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Restaurant is to a high standard, we sat outside the back so serene. Food is great, abit expensive though, as are all these type of Restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU ISTANBUL STAFF

   We came for a birthday party and the food was beautiful. All the staff are friendly and service was really good. We sat on the terrace which I’d definitely recommend too, although it was lovely everywhere inside. Will definitely be coming back ☺️

   We went on the recommendation from a friend, and it did not disappoint. From outside, you can see the grill chefs at work, and then as you enter, the different types of kebabs are on display in the fridge. We ordered a mixed grill sharing platter, so we got to try all the different types of kebab. All were top quality and very tasty. Served on a bed of rice with salad. All good. We tried a Turkish white and red wine, and both were pretty good, and at £20 a bottle, a decent value wine. There is a range of fish and veggie dishes if you don't fancy the meat on offer. Total was £40 a head for loads of food and wine. It's a big place and was quiet when we went (mid-week) but very comfortable and well decked out. Well worth a visit.

   Great food attentive staff in a fabulous atmosphere…..went for a quick dinner 6 people every meal was cooked to perfection will be going there very soon ……. Went for a second time today with friends all loved the experience fantastic food etc …left my wallet by mistake and was saved and I picked it up later “Thank you”

   Visited today, been wanting to go since we saw th sign go up! This place does not disappoint. If you want a cheap pub meal then please find a pub that will satisfy your needs. As with Turkish tradition you get bread/olives/dips once seated which are lovely! We could not finish the portions and we are big eaters! The moussaka was delicious and the garlic prawn starter was out of this world. My husband said the calamari starter was the best he's had. Beautiful chilled out vibe inside. Felt so nice to feel slightly closer to Turkey as we cannot get there right now. Will be returning very soon.

   Took my daughter for a walk in lunch today, the staff were so friendly & lovely, we ordered & were presented with a basket of delicious bread olives and dips. The main meals were so generous we brought enough home for another meal! Highly recommend and will be heading back in the evening next time with friends..a gem in Arnold with a beautiful interior.
