Ordered curried mutton rice and peas and curried chicken rice and peas, didn’t get that delivered what came was brown stewed chicken plain dumplings and some chicken strips only thing right was my two cans of drink couldn’t eat the food was stone cold!!!!! chicken smelled and chicken strips looked like they had been stood for hours

I can see mixed reviews on here but I always give an honest review based on my experience. I ordered boneless jerk chicken with rice and peas, steamed veg and a dumpling. First off the delivery was quick, upon opening the boxes they were tightly rapped to keep the food warm. The portion sizes of the food was great with rice n peas, chicken, streamed veg all in separate containers which i personally like. And now the eating, first off the rice and peas were cooked very well with a very mild spice in the background and almost a sweet coconut flavour in the foreground, no clumps with enough bite excellent. The steamed veg for me was a let down it lacks any flavour and also lacks seasoning so rather boring. Onto the main coarse. Now the main event..upon opening i got a lovley sweet, spicy almost citrus aroma that really woke up my nostrils! Lovley i thought so i decided to rip my dumpling and mop it into the sauce, as soon as it hit my mouth i was like WOW that sauce is incredible, it has sweet, it has bbq, it has spice a good hit of scotch bonnet i thought it also has a sour note just in the background my thoughts was this sauce is BANGIN and wheres my tub! Superb jerk/bbq sauce very very nicely done i thought..so now i go for the chicken, GUTTED!! First off boneless means boneless if i wanted bone in id buy bone in..and some of the bones was small so be very careful with children, secondly the chicken was bone dry and i mean HARD bone dry tough as boots, i knew straight away this chicken has been standing out a long time, it was inedible i was GUTTED. To have such a class sauce like that but dont cook chicken properly is the biggest let down imaginable. Its such a shame tbh because you could have a fantastic eatery if you cooked chicken correctly. So all in all I was disappointed the the big let down was the chicken. (Somewhere im wishing, im hoping one day they hire a chef that can boss the chicken my fingers remain crossed for you cook it to order!) If you want extremely tasty food and professional, friendly people, then you should definitely book this company to do your catering. My family used them for my father's funeral, and everyone was commenting on how good the food was. The vegetarian options were equally as good. Everything was fresh and well presented. The food that should have been hot was very hot, and the assortments of salads were cold and just prepared. I would definitely use them again, hopefully for a more happier occasion.
Chicken has obviously been sat there getting stale, god know how long for. Wasn't edible to eat, very tough. Ordered boneless jerk chicken but they were boned thighs, so was just full of bones...
Ordered the mutton, it was more like mutton soup, all gravy very little meat. There was no veg in the meals. Bought fried fish, not even a little piece of onion or pepper with a whole fried fish. This is a real barefooted style of food presentation. I am not impressed.
There is always something missing in the order. And there’s no way to chase it because the website is not reliable and they never answer their phone!
Ordered two ride and peas and curry mutton on Uber eats and the order came without the two curry’s, just the rice. Blocked my phone number from calling. Dissatisfied
Ordered via uber eats. DO NOT order the Mutton. Got about 3 pieces of actual meat, rest of the tray was just full of bone and liquid. Complete waste of money!
Horrible, Horrible Service service!!!!!!!!!! Ordered food via Uber Eat, not Only did food take almost 1 `& 1/2 but they sent no fork no spoon like is a anti utensil really them dry pot, food dry and crusty like peanut shell. the fish wasn't bad but it mad fi cut mi throut like the bride of Chucky. I had to Uber 10mins to get some utensils from dem after trying to call them for over 15mins. when I got there no sorry, no apology just that mi need to order fork and spoon with my meal and gravy fi di dry fish. I have never been to any restaurant and had to order utensils and I tried explaining to the woman but nothing. no sorry no apologies nothing. its the 2nd worst restaurant service I have received after spending over £22 and them waa mi eat wid mi hand like dog.
