   I went in there for a simple sandwich.. all the staff were behind counter chatting.. took 8 minutes to take my order as 3 of them then decided to look in the freezer. No acknowledgement of me at all.. 24 minutes later I got my food and the order was wrong.. the staff were not friendly at all. It seemed it was all too much trouble to ask them for a sandwich.. customer service really needs a step up here.. very poor quality and very poor service. I will bot be going back..really disappointed as i wanted to like the place as i am not longer local to the area

   Had to wait 30mins for a simple bacon sausage egg sandwich. And a kids sausage and chips. No customers in the shop.4 staff just talking. Had to ask about my food and then the chips were put in to cook. All the food came out below Luke warm apart from the chips, Which were cooked on the outside and undercooked. Tables had crumbs all over and was sticky. Plenty more cafes around the area for better value and quality .

   Attitude of one member of staff absolutely appalling. Deserves to be sacked. Used to spend nearly £100 pw in this place. Not anymore. I pay my money for good food and a good atmosphere not for cheek and rudeness

   Food is really good. And very quick to arrive. Always friendly service and pleasant hospitality. Always very busy, but nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff.

   First time visit to the diner. Very welcoming with excellent service. Breakfast was hot including baked beans (a marked down failing on a lot of cafes) coffee was however, received in a 'puddle' otherwise well worth a 9/10.
