Placed an order on just eat, 10minutes later the order was cancelled with no prior phone call or reason provided. Called multiple times with no answer. Clearly this business does not have any basic customer service skills.
Dropped in here after a night out for a quick post-drinks diner and it was excellent. Fresh salad, nicely cooked meat and a soft pitta. Perfect.
Best after a night out food ever, never lead me wrong. Couldn’t ask for a better kebab. Travel 30 mins just for the kebab of my life.
Top notch from us, huge kebab and I love their pita bread, filled the box it came in, my only gripe was I'd have loved more chicken as it was so nice!! Pleasent staff also especially as it was a late night when ordered! Well done!
Was told I'm algeric to onions and they sent it out anyways. No offer to send our another purely because I'd paid already. Pay with cash with these. Worst customer service ever. Avoid had to bin the food.
Kebab was decent when drunk - attitude was NOT. I ordered my food and waited. The person serving me said “hello. Helloooo” just being plain rude - I couldn’t hear him. I have hearing issues and I didn’t need him embarrassing me in front of a whole shop full of customers. There was no need for a lack of manners like that. I genuinely didn’t hear him. Just not polite.
Kebab at this time of night they think they can give u a Dry over cooked kebab. Be careful of dodgy establishments that think if u drunk they can get away with shoddy food.
It's Kebab rush, if it's 1am on a Friday or Saturday and they forget your order just tell them, it's like a warzone in there at that time. You get 2 for 1 pizza for dirt cheap don't complain about the pizza, if the order is wrong just tell them. The guys are awesome, it's not their fault that you're too drunk to be comprehensible. Don't know about other food but, for pizza the worst I have ever had, I tried my best to eat it but it was just impossible, had to bin it. A frozen pizza from a corner shop destroys it and I spent quite a bit of money for absolutely no reason. Also, even though the driver was late, somehow it is me that is the problem. Honestly though if I could give this a 0 for food and service I would. Specifically, the pizza to me was just disgusting.
