   I am posting this review as a takeaway delivery. We have been using this takeaway for a few years and truthfully i can't fault the food, But i rang up for a delivery on Saturday just to be told the prices have increased, don't get me wrong I understand that prices need to go up periodically but the menus that Ghurka express sent two weeks ago were out of date price wise just to be told on the phone that the prices have increased, when I questioned about the increase in price i was told the restaurant menus have been updated but the delivery takeaway menus haven't been printed yet, so in that case they shouldn't be charging the extra until people know, My gripe is why Ghurka Express don't you inform you customers by text that this has happened, you have everyone's phone numbers because we get midweek offers so a bit more information would have been nice

   Small Indian and Nepali restaurant with take away and dine in. It's a small room, not loads of tables, but neat and pleasant. Food was great. Really tasty Nepalese options. Amazing naan bread! Good choice of drinks too. Very quiet when we went on a week night.

   I have been to gurka beeston a fair few times now and every time I have been with my partner we are just blown away. If we dine in or takeaway we love the service and food Everytime. Dining in as just been a breeze every time. Service is spot on and the food is spot on. And most of all the pricing is very good compared to other Indian takeaways around the local area. I’ve stopped using other and only go to gurka beeston now. I don’t think they get enough praise here especially for how good the food is. They are fairly busy place and people should be queuing for this place but maybe not enough people know about how good it is and this is why I’m leaving this outstanding review. Thanks gurka beeston

   We visited for the first time tonight and had a very good experience all around. The welcome was good, and the service was excellent throughout (attentive and very friendly). In addition to this, the food did not disappoint. Everything was very fresh and very tasty. I asked for a recommendation based on my preferences, and they got it spot on. Try the Chili fish starter, Chicken Tawa and Gurkhas Homestyle curry. They were all excellent! We arrived early into the evening so it was a bit quiet but don't let that put you off if you need to eat early, this is a good place to eat with good service. We will return.

   Absoloute best curry in Nottingham! Ordered 2 curries 2 starters rice poppadoms and garlic bread absolutely amazing. Very authentic taste and flavours fast delivery on Saturday night. No complaints even rang them back up to compliment. Very impressed 5 stars. MR MARC

   Have had two take aways from here now and both were very good. Generous portions and good quality tender meat. Delicious. Will be returning again next time we're in Beeston. Visiting our son in Beeston again and ate in restaurant. Service and food superb, so increased my previous 4 star rating to a solid 5 Star ranking. Awesome.
