Drove all the way from Mansfield to yummy yum as we don't have many decent Chinese takeaways in my area and the ones that are a bit hit and miss. very polite and helpful and the food was delicious
Absolutely horrendous customer service! Ordered it online at 6.50 it said it was ready within 10mins, I've now been at the takeaway for 25 mins waiting for a 3 item order. No apology no acknowledgement, even if this was the nicest takeaway in the world due to the attitude and lack of customer service from all 3 staff I will Not be ordering from them again! Poor poor poor
Ordered for 7 turned up an hour and half early. Not ready for dinner as needed it for 7. Apologised but that was it. Will have to now reheat it Which will ruin it basically. Driver basically shoved it in my hands and left saying not his fault. First time we’ve used yummy yum but never again.
The first time I ordered food from here it was really delicious but god knows what happened after that. I tried ordering several times to get the same quality and taste but it was just so bland. No salt, no sauces and on complaining the owner/manager doesn’t listen to what the other person has to say. So rude. I was in love with the noodles they made but ended up ordering 6-7 time to try and get the same taste and it was just not worth the money. Noodles came in soo dry and flavourless. Each time I called specifically about the details and mentioned what I needed but nothing. They made it however they wanted and sent it.
Utterly disgusting it's not even sweet & sour sauce it's sugar, vinegar and tomatoe ketchup mixed it's like water the king prawns are tiny shrimps the chips are half frozen they microwaved someones fish they chicken in the fridge dont have lids on don't ever eat from this takeaway if environmental health went here they would be shut down!!
Excellent food, fresh and tasty. Had takeaway several times and always good.
Well where do I start. Yum yum, more like yuk yuk. The food was vile, I literally had 1 mouthful and was done. The chow main was like rubber, rice dry and the sweet n sour sauce.. what was that!!. Disgusting (and brown?). £50 waisted on food my dog wouldn't even eat, imagine that... so bad, never again
Had family round that needed to leave at a certain time, picked this place as the delivery time said 1hr, spent £70 with them. The food was delivered nearly 2hrs later, in that time I rang up asking where the food was to be lied to telling me that the delivery driver lefts 10 minutes ago. 25 minutes pass by before the sub par food turned up. Throughout all this no compensation was offered. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they are too busy, I asked for a call back but nobody has rang. A poorly ran business, if you order, make sure you pick it up yourself.
Food is generally good not as good as others I have tried tho, the ma ma vermicelli rolls aren’t as they seem they said it includes prawns but they barley put any in as you can see. Very disappointed in that so that isn’t a recommendation for me but overall their food is acceptable.
