   We’ve ordered from here a couple of times now. The first order was around 4–5 weeks ago and we were really impressed with how quickly the young delivery driver found us, especially as our place is tucked away down a path and sat navs usually only take drivers to the car park on the even side — a common issue we have with deliveries. This week we had a different driver who was friendly, although we did notice him searching for our address for about five minutes before he arrived, which is understandable given the location. The food itself was okay, but unfortunately it arrived slightly cold this time, so the curry sauce had started to set and was a bit jelly-like. Overall, decent food and friendly drivers, but delivery temperature could be improved.

   We always come here but on this occasion, they had forgotten my sweet and sour sauce for my chicken balls which isn’t a big problem tbf, but the food was cold too and I was told over the phone ”I don’t believe” “impossible” !!!! I was so shocked lol. He said he’d replace the sauce, but I replied the food would be cold by time we came to pick it up and he laughed down the phone at me!!! Customer service was shocking, food was edible but cold. We usually have no issue from here but tonight they were very rude, and we probably won’t be returning.

   Order came on time and the mixed starter was nice but it arrived cold. Because it was cold, it was soggy and the dishes were bland. The sweet and sour chicken had no flavour. The salt and pepper chicken was full of onions rather than chicken. Really disappointing. Going elsewhere from now on.

   Just left a review under the wrong account. All good, one more chance as a genuine customer to say how utterly abysmal the food was. I'm so hungry but had a few mouthfuls and left the rest. Rubbery meat, bad bad bad. Do not order from these people, it's awful quality.

   I have not had food this bad from many places. Had a "Thai curry", my god it was bad. Really bad. Meat old, rubbery and inedible. Was not a Thai curry, just a load of sloppy crap in a tub. Didn't eat much, I was starving too. Don't waste your money like I just did

   Ordered a meal on line, got a confirmation email saying it would be an hour, money taken from account. 20 minutes later 2 International phone calls from Ireland!! The only Irish people I know live in Stapleford! So not answering those. An hour later I phoned top's takeaway to find out how much longer my meal was going to be only to be told the order had been cancelled, no explanation was given but told that someone in Ireland had tried phoning twice to say it was cancelled, why would someone in Ireland phone me to cancel a meal I'd ordered in Stapleford uk!!!!!!!!

   I wouldn't say the food was bad as take away quality, but there was a piece of Scourer in the food. Lucky we didn't swallow it.
