Both womens Staff are very rude and arrogant they don't know how to serve customers went to shopping on 20th December for quick Christmas shopping and had very bad experience wont cm back here for shopping again.

Sold me some faulty earrings, took them back and they refused to change them and accused me of damaging them, was very arrogant and mouthy, will never shop in peacocks again
they dont wash their clothes that have been tried on also staff are rude for absolutely no reason and also very disrespectful and make you feel unwelcome. no wonder theres no in store
