I stopped in on a cold and wet night, for a light dinner and a lovely glass of wine. It was warm, tables had good spacing, the kitchen is semi-open and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. There was plenty of conversation, yet it did not get too loud. The food was lovely, and the wine choice very good. I would happily go back. I walked in on a Friday night and got a table. Would be best to book as for Saturday they were fully booked and on the Friday my table was needed back by 7:15pm. A great sign for a restaurant to be near or at capacity.

Absolutely wonderful. Great buzz even on a miserable, Thursday evening. Food was sublime, service was perfect and atmosphere is class.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant, full of life, and it made me feel at home which in turn made this the right place to enjoy my 14 wedding anniversary. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier — they were attentive without being over the top and made us feel genuinely welcome the whole time. The food was just incredible. Every dish was packed with flavour and clearly made with real care. It’s rare to find a place that gets the atmosphere, service, and food all spot on, but this restaurant absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Our first visit to Wine and Brine despite meaning to go for ages. We were certainly not disappointed. From the minute we walked into the restaurant and were greeted by the team, we were delighted with our booking. The decor was amazing, bright and filled with great pictures of famous local sports stars, film stars and literary stars. The best bit for us was the open pass allowing us to watch the work the chef and his team were putting into every dish. The food was even better than what we expected with all 6 dishes fabulously put together and bursting with flavours. The cocktails to start were excellent and the Albarino wine was delightful not to mention the port to accompany the cheese board. The staff were so nice, well informed and were on hand for anything needed. It really was a fabulous experience and we will most certainly be back.

My partner booked us a table online for the same day for Sunday Lunch for around 3pm as a treat. The restaurant is so beautiful to sit in, and had a great atmosphere. The service was excellent. We were greeted and offered water for the table within minutes of being seated. All drinks were served in great time. The servers were happy to provide suggestions when we couldn’t decide between dishes! We were highly impressed with the menu and the quality of the food. The Roast Beef is incredible. I also recommend the Duck Pappardelle for starter. We will certainly be back.

Lovely experience. Visited as a party of 4. One dairy intolerant, two veggies and one with a nut allergy. Resturant was very accommodating to our needs and adapted a dish to meet my nut allergy. Food was well presented, but more importantly delicious. Portions were small, but surprisingly filling. Food was amazing and I've never ate such high quality food for such a reasonable price. When I'm next back in Moira I will definitely visit again. I actually can't wait to come back!! Really happy to see they change thier menu frequency so I know I'll enjoy a new menu item on my next visit.

First time here. Felt totally pampered from start to finish. Food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Hubby is gluten free and it was nice to go somewhere where colieacs weren't just an after thought. We will definitely be back. A really special evening.

This was my first visit to the restaurant and I was certainly impressed with the delightful atmosphere and memorable taste of flavours in each of the dishes served up.I have been recovering from illness during the visit and therefore my appetite wasn't able to fully appreciate the beautiful dishes set before me.Fortunately my life long friend Martin compensated for this visit by virtually licking his plates. When my health improves I will be be making a bee line back here. The staff were superb and explained the contents of the menu with great passion and detail and are to be commended. The restaurant had an informal aura and showed no signs of pretentious which is a breath of fresh air. This restaurant doesn't need a Michelin Star,it's fine as it stands and long may it continue.

When you start your meal with a simple request for bread and you get the most delicious flavoursome bread I’ve tasted in a long time ,including a brioche bun oozing with a cheese sauce filling … you just know your in for a stellar meal . Stunning food ,fresh and cooked to perfection . A great restaurant that we shall certainly revisit again . Hats off to to a great team !

A beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Lovely staff that was friendly and attentive. Will be back again to try their set menu. We went at 7pm on a Thursday evening, the rush was just ending and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere that gave us space.
