For the prices in the menu was expecting more. Not bad, but nothing special. The service and the atmosphere were alright.

Great place for food though it was a bit slow turning up. Tasty food and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with the food. Something as basic as fish and chips shouldn't be hard to get right. The chips were very good but the fish was awful. The fish itself was literal mush and slop inside the batter. I did complain to the waitress when asked if everything was okay but she walked off which I found odd. When paying the waitress proceeded to ask me two more times if everything was okay, told her it wasn't and she just responded with "Yeah alright". Shame. Seems to be typical of the Dino Diners brand at the minute.

A good spot to dine in if you find yourself in the area! Our order consisted of the Big Mac Daddy burger (12 oz), the Hickory burger (12 oz), chicken nuggets with curly fries for the little one, two Diet Cokes, and one strawberry milkshake. Each burger was served with a side of your choice; we opted for the chunky fries and garlic and chili fries, both of which were absolutely delicious and well-seasoned. The double beef patties in the burgers made them a bit challenging and messy to eat, as things tended to fall apart as you took a bite. The order took nearly 30 minutes to arrive (expect a longer wait if the place is crowded). Having the meal around 2:30 pm kept me satisfied for the rest of the day!

Had a meal on Saturday evening very slow to great you when entering restaurant even though not very busy Service even slower word of advice don't order the over price cocktails as you can barely taste any alcohol Food service very slow and clearly left under the heat lamps way to long had to send steak back twice as over cooked many try and employ a chef that can actually cook a steak properly When paying the bill was charged for the steak that got sent back twice and was asked if I would like to leave a tip?? Wouldn't recommend at all

Plenty of parking outside, didn't book but was brought straight to a table (2) staff very friendly. Ordered meal 10 - 12 min then it arrived. Good quick service. Meal very tasty, only down side it wasn't very hot. Didn't put me off, I will be back.

I have been here quite a few times now. Every time the food is outstanding. Not just the range on offer, or the taste, but the amount of food you get. Service / staff are all excellent. I would highly recommend visiting and is very reasonably priced.

I'm really not one to be overly critical, but feel there are valid points that need attention. In fact most of my reviews are only ever positive. We visited 26th Oct, approx 1.30pm. Building & decor looked inviting. Upon entry there was a queue. A good sign, yes? Maybe. After standing in a line for easily 15mins with absolutely zero interaction or eye contact from any member of staff to even give a wait time, we were about to walk out. You badly need a Host or Meet/Greet at busy periods!! Busy lunchtime is understandable - but delegate someone to manage the demand. Finally we're offered a table. Place definitely understaffed. As the place quietened down after 2pm, we counted 4 new Floorstaff. Could have been doing eith them an hour ago!? What seemed to be an A La Carte Menu at Lunchtime seemed to be quite hefty pricing - cashing in on Midterm Break?!? An average £13/14 is definitely far too expensive for this time of day. Pleasant young chap takes order. Food arrives around 35/40mins later. A little too long a wait for lunchtime. 2 Adults 2 Kids. Its just OK. Chunky Chips/Twisters/Cubes & Fries all luke warm and stodgy, obviously from sitting in plastic bowls under the lights and NOT made to order. Sweet Potato Fries obliterated and obviously reheated. Some serious rethinking needed here folks!! This was something I noticed from standing queuing so long as your Open Pass faces the Queue.. Who wants side orders that have been laying in plastic bowls under heat lamps for an extended period?! Sort it out. Food was mediocre at best. For what they are charging, its unquestionably overpriced, based on quality and service. We ordered a Pint of Moretti, to be told it was out of stock. Dread to think what a Draught of it was going to cost when a PT Btl is £6.99. Extortionate & quite frankly embarrassing. Would I visit again based on my experience, absolutely not.

Enjoyed the meal a lot. I had the ribs and wings (wings choose of spicy or bbq) food was cooked to perfection. We all enjoyed it. We will go back again. Service was good and friendly staff.
