I attended Fletcher's on a Wednesday evening with a colleague whilst visiting Plymouth. The food was absolutely exceptional and service was also top notch. By far one of the best meals we have both had in a very long time.
My husband and I went to Fletchers tonight for our wedding anniversary and the only way to describe our meal is incredible! The food was simply divine and the service was fantastic. They went out of their way to make our evening special. We could hardly believe how reasonable the bill was at the end of the evening. We will definitely be going back again soon.
Excellent food and great service! My only criticism was that the interior decor was a little dull and unimaginative. We sampled a starter and a main from the 2 course for £28 menu, i felt was very reasonably priced for the quility of food. For starter we had the the braised beef, confit leek, egg yolk gel truffel and chedder foam with sour dough bread. For our main we had the pan fried stone seabass, served with creamy mash, mussels in a white wine sauce, batter tuile and roast spring onions. Both were amazing and judging by what we experienced this time, we will definitely be returning to sample the taster menu which looked magnificent.
A simply devine dining experience with wonderful staff, and incredibly skilled cuisine. We shall definitely be back. Thank you to Jess and Faron for top service in particular who made my partners birthday that extra bit special.
We had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant and opted for the tasting menu, and what an unforgettable choice that was. Every single dish was to die for, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The creativity and attention to detail in each course were truly impressive. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and the balance of textures and flavors showed real culinary mastery. It’s clear the chefs pour passion into every plate. Equally worth mentioning is the value, the quality of the food and the overall experience were more than worth the price. For a fine dining experience of this caliber, the pricing felt very reasonable. From the ambiance to the impeccable service and, most importantly, the phenomenal food, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended, we will absolutely be returning!
Oh my GOD the BEST FOOD EVER. I come from a middle class ish family, I have NEVER tasted anything like this. Came for my husband's birthday and was amazed at the inclusivity of allergies, and alterations of menu, and, the fact they made us special extras for my husband's birthday free of charge. Servers are lovely, the chicken bites are beautiful and so is all the rest of it. Amazing experience. Well worth the money!!! Absolutely visit here you won't regret it if you love flavour and food
My favourite family owned restaurant in Plymouth. The service was fantastic and Every cocktail Sam made off this impressive drinks menu was perfect!!! Everyone was super friendly and the food was divine!!!
Exceptional food, delivered with outstanding service. I eat out regularly, in restaurants all over the world due to the fact I'm a food and travel blogger on social media. I often try yummy food, but the dishes at Fletcher's were executed perfectly. Incredibly well-balanced, impactful flavours sang in my mouth! If I were to give one criticism it would be to ensure the plates are going out hot as my food was Luke warm after a couple of minutes being on the table... That didn't ruin it for me though and I'm hoping to come back tonight before I head back to London. Definitely see a Michelin star heading their way.
All I can say is OMG wow. The 7 course taster menu was absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in we greeted like a regular even though it was our first time. I suffer from a Shellfish allergy and they adapted the menu to commindate me. Everything was amazing from the staff to the food. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you love good food and amazing service
