   Attended store 07/09/2024, shopping for new trousers but none were in my size, Nadiya was most helpful, she called another store where goods were reserved for me to collect later. Nadiya not only displayed great customer service she was most understanding and also told me I could get them online to, very friendly, warm approach.. Wolverhampton Store is a pleasure to shop at.. :) .. Thank You

   Shop is in the corner on the top floor of the Manda centre, it has easy access for wheelchairs & pushchairs. There is a good selection of clothes. The shop is clean & tidy & well stocked. The staff are friendly. There was a short wait at the till which the staff member apologised for. Very competitive prices & nice quality clothes.

   Most unorganised, incompetent staff I’ve ever come across. Waited in the queue to be served by a human for just over 5 minutes as the self checkout was rammed. Woman working on the till was ridiculously slow, there were 2 other people behind the counter just pratting about. When I was eventually called over to the till, the woman asked if I was paying cash or card, I said card so her response was “well you need to use the self checkout we don’t accept card payments here” there was a card machine at the till!!! The lady at the self checkout was nice but what’s the point in having a member of staff to scan your items at the SELF CHECKOUT? I then left the shop and wanted to swap one of my items and purchase another item, this time I was allowed to pay for my item at the till (with card) because I was making a return??? Doesn’t make any sense. Same dopey woman served me, asked me 3 times within 5 minutes if I wanted a bag after I’d already said yes twice. Incompetent staff, ridiculous payment system.

   I had made a number of online orders to the store. After receiving confirmation of all the orders being in store, we went to collect. At the store, only one of the orders were given to us. We were told that the orders had already been collected. When we said we hadn't collected any orders, we were told to ring Matalan helpline. We proceeded to do that and we were told an investigation would take place and that we would be informed of the results. I was emailed 2 days later with the only response being a repetition of what the store had told me which showed me no such investigation had taken place. Update: The items were eventually found at the stores after a second visit and a request to check despite the computer system stating the orders were collected. Also, customer services refunded one of the missing orders.

   I like this store it's got lots of variety Of clothes and shoe's, lovely pyjamas, There's ladies and men's sections, Plenty of cubicles to try clothes on! Could do with a bigger store!

   Click and collect only until 12th April 2021. Theres a phone number on the front of store to summon staff for help! Lovely staff though. Unfortunately the local store is badly let down by the closing of the telephone customer service line. Don't email either. No point. You are just ignored. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future, with a company that doesn't blame Covid for cutting costs and providing awful customer service.

   Went in today got my daughter a outfit was told to use the self service. There was no security tags on the items yet when I asked them to be checked I was told there fine.. yet walking out the shops the alarms went off I asked them to check again they said no it's fine every shop I went into after that all the alarms went off and i was getting started at the embarrassment was horrible people in Wolverhampton already stair enough didnt need to go through the further embarrassment of that
