Top service from the owners, the lengha that I bought from here has been worn a few times and is still perfect. Alterations were done in good time and were done to an excellent standard. Jewellery bought from here was also very high standard and complemented the lengha really well. Overall a 5 star experience. Will be buying from them again. Thank you for your service! :)

Great customer service & business. Had a few suits altered for a family wedding and took less than 2/3 days to get done! Definitely will be using Kajol’s again :)

Needed an outfit on short notice. Visited Kajols as a friend had recommended and had a fantastic experience! Owner was very polite and was able to take my measurements and have my suit made in the short time period I had. Couldn’t recommend the service and fabrics enough! I have been multiple times since and never been disappointed.

Way to go slapping an astronomical £100 parking fine reducing to only £60 (quite possibly one of the highest you will find in the West Midlands) just for not going inside one of the shops. Far excessive a charge then necessary and if they had a parking ticket system in place it I would have happily paid it. I went here and was looking at going to the bakery shop but was short of time and thought i would like to come again next time. After this experience clearly not and I recommend you all to best AVOID this shopping mall at all costs as the parking operation is set up like a scam. 2022 Update: Please note the original review was actually posted correctly to a location called the Park View Centre which has an unscrupulous management company running the car park. This listing has recently been updated to Kajol’s Boutique but my review relates to the management company running the car here so please be mindful of this.

My wife posted on Kajol's Boutique facebook page last night and it was immediately deleted. We purchased a blue silk suit for our daughter for £75 they charged an extra £10 for adjusting the suit. We needed some piping replacing on a lengha sari which we were told, £15 would cover and then my wife wanted to make adjustments to a blouse for another sari. My wife went back to the shop after a couple of days to pick you my daughters suit and the sari blouse and was told that the lengha sari is now going to cost double in price because it will take 2 days for the piping to be removed as there is more than 1 stitch that needed opening. My wife was shocked because the owner should have called her up the same day or 1 day after she had placed the order but she waited a whole week to tell her which was poor customer service, although the owner did apologise she was aware that we needed it a couple of days later therefore thought we would just pay double what was quoted. My wife tried the sari blouse on and although it now fitted it was loose around the bra line the owner said it was going to cost more to take it in again at which point my wife just gave up. It took my wife 2 hours to undo the piping on the lengha sari herself and she paid a local lady £10 to only replace the piping but also to handstictch the sari fall back on. The same woman also took in the blouse for free. It then transpired that the £10 we paid for adjusting the suit they only adjusted on the one side which you can see in the pic below, and they charged me the full price but didnt have the courtesy to tell me. The zip on the silk suit broke on the first time it was worn, so unfortuantely my wife had to take it back the owner without even looking at the suit said that she was unable to get a new zip fitted for free, she was unable to compensate my wife and she wouldnt even consider refunding her. My wife reminded her off her consumer rights under Trading standards to which she replied.."Indians dont following rules", so my wife now thinks that she probably sold us an overpriced suit in the first place. My wife tried to say to her that even shops like 'Next' would replace the item if it was faulty, she has many dresses and suits with zips but never has one broken like that within 1 week. I thing is clear that the owner is only interested in the customer's money, a very greedy, overpricing strategist with a complete lack of customer care. She is great until there is a problem and then there is a complete denial routine. Proceed with caution, check the quality of the suit and always barter with her dont ever give her the full price! My wife never complains but this has been such a bad experience we felt it important to raise it. If these shops do not want to follow the rules of the country they operate in, then they should price the items for sale, and make clear what their refund policy is.

Excellent service, I had my outfit made for my friends wedding next April and from begging to end even with alterations the service was se one to none, the material, stitching and even the buttons were excellent
