I've probably had over 100 indian takeaways and this is one of the worst. Assuming all 5 star reviews are either friends or paid. All curry made from the same pot with just extra curry powder added where applicable. Chicken was like dog meat, although most dogs would've turned it down. Absolutely 0 flavour to anything. Only positive was it was only 25 mins late. Do yourself a favour and get the 4 quid indian ready meal from morrisons instead

Mushy was a great host.. sorted out my special food requests and came and chatted with us while we waited for food.. cobra was well maintained and tasted on point. Always go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our visit. And sometimes we even get extra poppadoms

On Tuesday evening means a friend enjoyed a superb meal at this restaurant. The food and service is excellent. The staff are friendly and very professional. I have dined here many times and have always been impressed. It is the best in the area.

I ordered a combination of veg and non-veg items. The saag paneer and Bindi were really pathetic in taste and presentation. The saag leaves were served uncooked and uncombined and the Bindi was tasteless and had tons of undercooked clear translucent chunks of onions lying on top of it. The seek kebab looked like a big loaf of red meat with no authentic taste of the traditional sheek kebab. Finally, the starter was served like a curry with burnt meat pieces. Overall, the food is rubbish, is very expensive and I do not recommend their food to anyone.

Had not visited since the pandemic, glad that this restaurant survives and is as delicious and hospitable as ever. Thanks for a great evening and my best wishes to you during these economic struggles for the industry.

10 of us went for grandsons 8th birthday as he has been here before and enjoyed it very much. Food came out to us all at the same time . Beautifully served. Staff attentive . Food all good . If I could recommend one thing it would be please improve your toilets they need bring up to date and I couldn't use the disabled toilet as lock broken and would not stay closed. Would however return again. Thank you .

A lovely Indian restaurant we were there with family the staff were very attentive and were great with the children. The food is of good quality and well presented. They do a little trick with dry ice that the kids love. Well worth a visit

Best Indian restaurant in Nottingham Derby border. They also provide a brilliant take away service!

The food is really good and not too pricy, unfortunately you will have to buy your rice separate from the actual curry you pick, which in my honest opinion is ridiculous, the jalai curry that was brought is probably the best one they serve, it's made with a sweet mint yogurt and has plenty of flavor, plain boiled rice compliments this dish really well. Pickled onions on top give it that extra crunch. The tandoori chicken was well cooked, on the dry side for my preference. The venue is well laid out and has a very friendly and professional atmosphere. As I didn't eat in I can't comment on the quality of the service. But from the looks of things I would expect a high standard. I would recommend this place for a quiet night. Maybe a romantic dinner.
