   I am absolutely blown away by the service we received from this gem of a shop. From the second we walked in, we were made to feel like the most important people in the world. Every single member of staff (and there are lots of them) acknowledged and greeted us like old friends. We were hiring 3 suits for a funeral, the compassion and professionalism we received from Reece was outstanding. I cant praise this shop highly enough, it is such a refreshing change to receive good old fashioned customer service. The suits were of very high standard, exceptional value for money, outstanding customer service, well done to all at blooms you have a new customer for life.

   Visited Saturday 8th November and as usual it was a great experience. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by one of the friendly staff, to leaving after making a great vaule for money purcase. The staff are always attentive and very knowledgeable without being pushy. Highly recommended.

   We popped to Blooms today to pick up a suit for the hubby for a couple of black tie events he has coming up after a recommendation at a networking event. We were absolutely blown away with this absolute gem of a shop. The service Kyle gave us from start to finish was exceptional. My husband is tall and broad and had tried to buy suits off the peg before and I knew he was dreading the prospect of finding a new suit. It actually turned into a really positive experience and he is already talking about going back for a few other pieces.

   Fantastic service as always last week. Picked up a jacket that needed a lot of alterations as I had lost weight. AJ did a superb job doing the pin work and the tailors did a wonderful job on the stitching. It fits me like a glove now. Highly recommend Blooms in Wolverhampton and have used them for many years.

   I have just bought a suit from Blooms. A total 5 star experience. From the moment I walked in the reception from the staff was exceptional. The manager took me round all of the suits. Once I had found the ideal suit, the manager advised me that the trousers needed to be adjusted. This trousers were taken upstairs and were taken in and adjusted within an hour. Top notch experience. Top notch service.

   Words cannot describe just how brilliant this shop is. The staff are caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have need to hire a suit for the upcoming wedding of my sister. As she lives in Oxford, I was asked to try some suits down their for ease of transport etc. But after a rather distasteful experience with the shop, who shamed me for my size, I decided to go to Blooms instead. Being honest, I make Jabba the Hutt look like a size 0 model, so I was nervous when entering Blooms to say the least. But my worries soon melted away when I was advised by the Sales Assistant, Rich, that no matter my size they will do something for me. Rich couldn't do enough for me and my dad, with him getting several suits for us to try. This included consulting with the retail side if there were suitable suits that we could purchase as opposed to rent. We must have run the poor guy ragged with the amount if back and forth he had to do. I can safely say this was the best experience of trying a suit on I've ever had. They are extremely well priced and have a great selection to choose from. I'm definitely coming back to hire the suits for my sisters wedding.
