   I visit store generally just collect orders I've placed online as the idea of walking around the store as an older gent feels intimidating as it's generally full of much younger folk. Today I visited the store near to closing time in order to return some items. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by a more mature member of staff. A really pleasant town to earth transaction with her even explaining how to use the returns box at yhe front of the shop. Perhaps if the store employed some more mature staff I'd feel more comfortable using the store in person. It's funny how people assume just because your older that you should be shopping at M&S and not buying your jeans or winter casual jacket from Next. This lady renewed my faith in visiting the store in person, perhaps I'll visit again and have a look around. To Next management you need to employ some more mature staff and perhaps you'll benefit ftom the older folks savings....

   Today at Bentley bridge next no one was at the till for ages me and this lady waited and then eventually the store manager came up. Where is all the staff its holidays. Then she accidently pressed the wrong button which meant I could not get a gift card to make my purchase as I was returning an item she said another gift card would be posted out. I explained in the past I’ve had it put back on a gift card she said it’s managers discretion and I pressed wrong button. Honestly now I’m waiting for a gift card before I can buy the shoes for my daughter. All because she pressed wrong button, nightmare staff always look deflated. Please get more staff in on the tolls and stop making silly chit chat when people are waiting in long queues

   I had a lovely recommendation to buy a dress from Faith which I needed for a show. I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer’s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark. The other dress worked perfectly for its purpose and I left feeling confident and reassured! Thank you!

   You have lots of stuff to choose from. I had nice selection for my kids especially for my little daughter. Wears for Ladies, Men and Children of different sizes, variety and quality. A Homeware Section, Bags, Shoes & makeup were also available. You can pay with card, cash, Nextcard, etc. Good customer service.

   Happily shopping here today until a store assistant rushes over to ask if we can leave for 10 minutes. We ask if there's a fire alarm, she informs us she needs to "clean" the store. How much of an entire store can you clean in 10 minutes ! Coronavirus is real, Next is ridiculous.

   I am sick to the bone of not being able to try clothes on when I've made the decision to travel to your store. Other retailers have opened their changing rooms. I was 100% supportive last year during the midst of the pandemic but frankly it's just lazyness now. 20 minute drive for a pair of jeans that I get home and they don't fit. I won't be buying from your stores anymore.
