   Poor Follow-Up on Deposit Despite Multiple Attempts to Resolve I visited Zeus in April with a group of friends and paid a £40 deposit over the phone (£5 per person for 8 people) to confirm our booking. The restaurant was very busy that evening and I didn’t personally handle the final bill — we all paid separately and a friend took the payment to the till. Several weeks later, I realised I couldn’t recall the £40 deposit being deducted from the final bill. Since then, I have called the restaurant twice and written to them twice to ask for confirmation and a copy of the receipt. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved and I’ve received no meaningful follow-up. I tried to deal with this privately and directly, but after repeated attempts with no response, I’ve been left with no choice but to raise this publicly. It’s disappointing, as all I’ve been asking for is confirmation that the deposit was applied correctly.

   Roast was disgusting. Inedible horrible food. The meat is cheap, nasty and tastes disgusting, potatoes undercooked and inedible. Veg frozen and again done for cheapness and just not nice at all. Left a full plate of food and the server didn't even ask if it was ok or wonder why it wasn't eaten. Sorry to say worst meal I have had in a long time and on this would not ever return. There are much better roasts in plymouth than this, they really need to up the quality.

   Love the food here. My wife and rarely come to Plymouth but when we do Zeus is a must for us. Such great quality food even if Greek isn't your thing and awsome value, we always leave very full and satisfied. Staff couldn't do more for you if they tried! Never had a bad word to say about the place.

   Came here today with my friend after the place being suggested and I was not disappointed. From the moment we stepped inside the staff were very welcoming and so friendly. I had the 2 meals for £18 I chose the garlic mushrooms for starter and the creamy garlic chicken and both meals were delicious we got complimentary bread and butter which I used to mop up the garlic sauce from the mushrooms (I will say tho it is extremely garlicy so not recommended if you like a little garlic but I loved it partner not loving it from me ATM tho lol) the creamy garlic chicken again was strong in garlic flavour but the cream in the sauce helped and paired with the rice it was a lovely meal and will definitely be going again x

   Been here a few times food always beautiful cooked perfect. And very reasonable prices. Get your self in here. The last time we went however was slow service compared to normal which was the only let down.

   Buyer beware. I’ve used the restaurant on several occasions. I’ve found the staff discriminate against you if you’re on your own. You’ll be offered the worst seat in the restaurant and will need to ask three times before getting a seat by the window. I’ve agreed a price for food at the table and then charged a higher price at the till. Complaints. Lee the owner/manager will not listen to complaints. My personal feelings. The owner/manager will rob you blind and hurt you to make £1.
