Went to TH for a light bite the other night and decided to dine in for the first time, service was speedy, food was great as always and the staff were as lovely as can be. If you're thinking of heading out to grab some nice, filling and fair priced food, I can't recommend anywhere better than here.
Tranquil ambiance with Audible sounds of machinery beeping, accompanied by cold chips sparsely topped, yet overall satisfactory. The cherry beverage is highly recommended.
Tried here for the first time tonight- seen it many times in the past but never got around to going in! Went through the drive through, was very quick overall, only a star down for service as the lady was very difficult to hear but nothing major. Food was absolutely lovely- for a fast food joint, you don't expect 5* dining, but this was really nice. Silly things made a diffrence- really thick bag that doesn't fall apart when you hold it, foil wrapping on the burger to keep it warm. I had the double bacon cheese burger and lattice fries. Very nice! Tasted fresh and hot, but without that greasy aftertaste you get from the other 'big boy joints' Will definitely be returning, and will most likely sit in to look moreso into the menu!
Ordered the vegan chicken burger and added in an extra hash brown. It was supposed to come with a vegan mayo but it tasted like a cheep ranch dressing. The fake chicken patty was the worst most, cheap and nasty patty I’ve ever eaten. The dressing was unpleasant and drenched on top and bottom so way too much. The bun and hash brown were pleasant but overall the fake chicken which didn’t even taste like real food sitting in your stomach like a brick for the next 2 hours was enough to make this my first and last visit to this dead beat restaurant.
First time at Tim Hortons ,I think it will probably be our last. The burger was less than spectacular looked like it had been put together by a trained chimpanzee The staff seemed pleasant enough
Great new edition to the "coffee scene" in Plymouth! Always loved Tim's coffee, food is very nice, donut selection is great. Service is adequate, just like any fast food place really, quick with zero conversation. I do think it could stand out from the others by having a better customer experience.
First time visited , we ordered a meal Crispy Chicken stack food was cold bland and mushy. Lattice Fries was something different we tried it was ok with dipping sauce. Definitely 5 stars for coffee really nice. Breakfast menu looks great we will go back to try. Cleanliness of the place We would rate very low as a new place it wasn’t clean tables dirty , toilets in horrible state, no toilet roll however many of the staff wondering around in groups.
Food sent back twice as cold . Milk shakes had ice crystals in . Buns were really cold making contents cold. Burgers were very bland even the the so called siracha and after 2nd time still forgot the tomato and mayo in the double !!! It’s not an extensive menu by measure.Lattice fries were ok but not great. Dips 50p other fast food companies free. Service not overly welcoming. Restaurant echos a lot as a table of teenaged girls sounded like 20. ( there were 5) not their fault sound very echoing. Also there were no way of telling which burgers were which as no labelling or anything to show which was which . I know this isn’t Canadian food as it was great when we went. Visit 20/10/22
First experience and will come back to this place! The staff are so friendly and will help you with your order. During my visit, it was card payments only so unsure if it was a one off or part of their policies. They have a breakfast deal which is really nice so I highly recommend this. Ps: You do have a screen if you do want to order with minimum human interaction.
