   We visited Next a couple of days ago and were served by Zara. She was absolutely lovely, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect suit for my dad when it seemed impossible. Zara even placed an online order for us and made the whole process so easy, all with a big smile. She truly deserves recognition (and maybe even a raise!), she’s fabulous!

   Thought I’d try the cafe. Over priced, poor service (too busy standing around chatting to each other about where they are going at the weekend to stop and serve) but the worst of it. The toilets. I’ve seen better at the end of the evening in a night club. They helpfully left a sign up showing it’s been a week since it was checked. Disgusting. Won’t be visiting this Next again.

   A great next store, it has clothing homewear and kids sections. Next ranges are a bit premium, and are a bit higher price as a result, but the quality is worth the price. A nice coffee shop in there too

   Went in this morning at 9-05 am the wednesbury branch to return a pair of boots. The 2 ladies that was on shift could not have done anything more to help me they checked stores near by for alternative and also checked stock of 6 pairs of shoes that was in store they went out there way to help ladies you were so kind and polite u definitely deserve 5 stars Thank you for you help 20/02/23

   Excellent service, friendly staff, beautiful variety of high quality products. Beside clothes you can find fancy furniture. The shop was not crowded when I visited. Parking is avaliable, you can buy by card or cash.

   Typical big box Next Home on the southern edge of Gallagher Retail Park. Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.
