“Typical big box Next Home on the southern edge of Gallagher Retail Park. Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

The staff are always helpful, courteous, and genuinely friendly — a real credit to the place. I often use the Click-and-Collect service, which is straightforward and reliable. While customers can return items immediately if needed, I’ve never had to — every item I’ve ordered online has been just as expected and completely satisfactory.
