This is the worse place and people who are working the not professional, also behaviour is not good. They only want new clothes like today you bought from shop. I won’t have gave him 1 * if possible.
Terrible manner and poor customer service when talking about clothes rejected an entire bag without reason when asked was unwilling to budge . would go somewhere else.
Avoid this place! People there expecting you to bring in all new clothes with tags on. Otherwise price will be dropped down to 10-20p per kilo. There are much better places with honest people.
Good place to drop off clothes you o longer need and 50p a kilo a little bit of money always helps
