We attended the beautiful orangery for a wedding. The venue itself is beautiful. The gardens are absolutely stunning. It would be fabulous for a summer wedding. Staff were all really lovely pleasant to speak to. Happy to help. We popped into the little cafe before going into the main building. Had a really lovely chat with the lady in there who also gave us some really helpful information as we were not from around the area. Food was good particularly their gammon and salmon was delicious. Pasties were also lovely. Would definitely recommend the venue if you are looking to put on a big event.

Definitely worth a visit. The staff are lovely, knowledgeable and the food is decent portion sizes and the cakes are yummy. It's a lovely place to sit, airy and sunny and with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Dogs welcome inside. No steps and loads of space for buggies ir mobility aids. Kids menu and options for vegetarians or vegans that aren't boring. Take away available if desired. Locally sourced drinks and ingredients. Large bathroom facility in the back, again, no steps, disabled stalls in front. All bathrooms are single occupancy with their own sink.

Came in just for a coffee and cake, but was drawn in to the menu the moment I saw it. We got the cheeseboard and for the price, the quantity you get AND the quality is incredible. The only critique I would have is there is no recommendations for what to pair the cheeses with, however the pairings they provided us with was delicious, the chutney goes with everything. An easy recommendation if you're willing to make the journey!

This is a flat white? It looks like tea. Absolutely ridiculous when they have a beautiful setting and what looks like an amazing machine to make coffee but they fail to meet the normality of knowing how to make a decent flat white.

Honestly, it is so beautiful inside and especially outside, you seem to have to book to sit inside (table service) , but there are tables available for non bookers...beware, the queue takes quite a while to get to order and eat outside, Outside has a gorgeous garden to look at while you eat or drink something The ice cream was devine! £2.35 one big scoop cone... I also had a chicken Mayo toasty £6 something, and it alll was pretty well priced considering its a wedding venue and portions I'd happily go back
