Manager was abrupt and rude. Damaged item she tried to sell us saying you can wipe the damage off while standing and trying to clean it her self. £200 item buying supposedly new she wants us to go home and clean. She shrugged her shoulders rolled her eyes and said buy it online. Completely ignoring consumer rights of quality. Will be reporting to HO.
Here’s a reworded version of your complaint: "I ordered a pair of trainers to be picked up in-store before Christmas, but they arrived in the wrong color. I was advised to get a refund and place a new order. I followed those instructions, only for the new pair to arrive in a different color yet again. Instead of simply processing the refund and reorder, I was informed that the correct color had been ordered. However, upon checking the delivery status, I discovered that the order had been canceled, and I now need to go into the store for a refund. I am extremely frustrated with JD's service; it shouldn't be this difficult to get an order right."
I’m abit confused about all the negative reviews on Rebecca. I came on here to give her a nice review as she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I visited the store. Very professional and had a lot of time for me. Thanks Rebecca for a great shopping experience :)
It is very good and there is a variety of shoes for men, women and children and the staff is very friendly, they took good care of me.
I don't see anything that I like maybe it is too small then other JD shops.
I went there to pick my order which was reached at the store a month and they hadn't returned it. They got my order very quickly. Brandy things available here.
Ordered online Childs trainers and was sent ladies sliders. We reordered as we needed for birthday present. However I couldn't get to store for a few weeks as I am disabled. They wouldn't accept them back as they were over 30 days. I had sent the sliders to return, so now I have paid £44.99 plus delivery for nothing. Really disappointed, it was there mistake but they just said no it's over 30 days. Shame they have the best selection of sports gear. Or we would boycott. We have used online since and have been happy with order......
Pleasant staff soon as you enter someone greeting you. Guided me to the tills as needed to pick up a package. Then asked the till staff where the nearest parking meter was as you pay when you ready to exit the parking lot. Again on leaving, a quick goodbye from a member staff. Thank you JD Walsall.
JD sports is irresponsible and in middle of rise of covid19 in Oldham and new measures by local council no steps of customers safety has been taken by store. People are allowed to shop without masks. No visible measures to control covid in store. Such irresponsible Retailers should be penalised
