   Told them about my food allergy in advance. Ordered a Mexican special wrap,.WITHOUT CHEESE..I didn't realise till if eaten a a.few.good mouthful, they're was lots of cheese in it. I have a cows milk allergy amd will now be very poorly. I rang them they didn't acknowledge what they done, saod they'd send another, without cheese. I saod I didn't want any further food from them. They insisted they'd send another, It never turned up!

   I order now online but when I did go in the staff were friendly and efficient. The food is always good here from burgers to pizzas and pasta there's got to be something for everyone.

   Ordered food at 6pm to be told would be 1hour 10 delivery. Then to wait extra 30 mins after delivery time and still no food. Ring them up to find out where food was to either be cut off and go straight to voicemail or no answer at all. Food not delivered at all was not happy customer so will not be ordering from them for a long while if at all. Disappointed customer as food was always lovely

   Pizza is usually amazing. Yesterday however let themselves down big time. Ordered through food hub and was told to expect an hour wait which is standard. Usually food arrives about half an hour. Two hours later still nothing and website had said they'd closed which at about 8pm seemed strange. Phoned them and no answer. Made the decision to go and see if they'd shut, after all unforseen incidents do happen. Shop was open and cooking. Informed them that I'd been waiting two hours and that couldn't contact them. They said a driver hadn't turned up. This is obviously something they couldn't predict but by not informing us of delays or us having the ability to cancel the order was poor service. Found my order was just sat waiting to be made. Once there they made it speedily and threw in a garlic bread as a freebie. However upon getting home found one of the pizzas had the wrong base and the other had been requested with extra toppings that were missing. Normally would have phoned but as they'd essentially unplugged the phone was no point. The pizza they'd made was actually nice even if not what we'd actually ordered. The food here is good quality but they need to be more customer service focused.

   Just had pizzas delivered, 5 year old grandson eating his when he found HAIR.. LOTS OF LONG BLACK HAIRS actually cooked into the pizza!!!! Called the shop manager offered to send another.. like we'd actually want anything else from their kitchen!! Will be reporting on Monday!!
