   My child was having a melt down, and the toll needed resetting…. An amazing member of staff (once we were armed with the buggy) came and asked if I was mum, and if my boy was allowed a wafer from the staff room… BEST SERVICE EVER! Thank you so much, you saved me having a tantrum on the floor too! All while Black Friday was occurring… I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but you were all super helpful and understanding!    Great service. Dee at the Shipley concession inside the Garden centre was brilliant. I was at the counter placing my chosen footwear when an elderly couple pushed in front of my with dozens of questions and who couldn't decide if they wanted to buy or not. She kept glancing across to me to try and excuse herself but the couple were so persistent she couldn't get away. She couldn't apologise enough but I wasn't concerned as life's to short to rush around. She was brilliantly friendly made sure I was all set for waterproofing the suede and naturally asked me if I had trainer socks for my new sketchers and we smiled and laughed about what had just happened. Very well handled, great service, and it put me in such a good mood I bought an extra pair of sketchers for my wife as well. Will definitely be back. Great service and prices.

   Just like to mention that we visited this store on the 29th September with our 17 month old granddaughter .as you can appreciate at that age they are here there and everywhere. She picked up a shoe horn and was using this as a walking stick similar to me. Helen who worked in the store was very obliging and extremely helpful particularly with the little. It's encouraging to receive such courteous attention. Just wanted to say thank you
