   Very disappointed with the wolverhanpton Clarkes downstairs staff as they measured my sons foot and for some strange reason she said he was a size 7 which I felt he wasn’t he’s probably bigger, anyway went to the Merry Hill Clarke’s to get measured again where they actually said he is a size 8 which seamed much more accurate.. wolverhampton Clarke’s need to retrain their staff

   In the first week of March I brought my son in for his first pair of shoes during the weekday at around 3-4 o clock. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.

   We always take our daughter to this branch of Clarks for the quality of the footwear and the personal service we always receive here. There are a number of staff who all do a great job in their department. Park in the Mander Centre for easy access, it's only 50p on Sunday.
